They stated they understood and that I probably wouldn't be charged the $60 for the missed appointment. The next day I receive a call stating that I still have to pay the fee, but I had a $20 credit (which I did not know about) so I only owed $40. I stated that I would not be paying anything and that my dog is STILL in the hospital. She transferred me to her office manager and I explained the same thing. I offered my dogs medical records and she still would not budge. She also told me that because I missed an appointment in Dec 2024 I had a "history" of missing appointments. Dr. Jong was able to give me the attention needed even without an appointment. I was very impressed with the equipment in his facility and his ability to perform a CT scan finding an abscess in my tooth. Right then and there he performed part one of a root cannel for me, putting me out of my misery. After 4 nights of not sleeping I cannot thank Dr Jong and his staff enough for doing this for me. Instead, I went to another dentist in town, who said that all but one of the 'cavities' they'd shown me were in fact staining, which might SOMEDAY turn into cavities, but might not - he wouldn't recommend any work until he saw it get worse. I can't speak for price, but service has been good. It has been a few months now and I have only minor complaints. If there was any area that could improve, it is how scheduling is done in the event of "emergency" appointments (I had to replace some invisalign attachments that fell off). I was met with some confusion and and was not able to talk to anyone in the office (all calls are initially forwarded to a call center) when I called in on these occasions. Other than this, the staff is all fantastic and only the call center methods keep me from putting up 5 stars.

We had an appointment once and showed up and the whole office was closed. No call to let us know and they they couldn't get us back in for a month. Bad orthodontics and bad customer service. Our regular dentist has even stopped referring people there for orthodontics. Not recommended.
