Communication long distance was easy with Andy providing photos to show us the work being done. He was always available (even on weekends) and responded promptly. Andy kept us informed of upcoming projects and items needed (paint colors, plumbing fixtures, appliances, etc.). He worked with us when the inevitable delays occurred, or we changed our mind.
