I also added a tire balance which only adds a short amoint of time. Please note, I was a mechanic for a while and have done these numberous times. Its currently been 2.75 hours. No one is working on the vehicle. When I inquire at the desk I am told its only going to be another 30 minutes. Ive been told this multiple times. I cannot even get my vehicle back to leave because the tires have not been bolted back on. Utterly rediculous. The front desk person won't even look at me when he speaks. I suggest going anywhere else. To update, I did just see why its taking so long, the guy supposedly working on my vehicle is spending more time texting than working.

No biggie, continue below. 2. Needed transmission fluid changed in an Acura RDX. No fluid in stock. Car is 2 years old. You think they would have it. All these changes were scheduled a week or so ahead of time. No one checked their availability of parts. It would make sense to have the tool and fluid in house before the customer arrived. Now it has to be rescheduled. I can see if no one knew what was broken and they had to get into it to know or parts needed replaced that were unknown to be worn etc. When I change my oil I make sure I have the oil and filter on hand "before" I start. Just common sense.​

They let it sit there for a week before they touched it to install transmission, that took 3 days. Pay the bill, drive away and now my speedometer does now work. There has been 1 nut holding starter, so now the truck won't start. I would never recommend anyone ever go there.
