The work is good, the prices are reasonable and management is very honest. If they mess up they make it right.

This place is amazing! I have never been to this dealership before but I would definitely come back…read moreto purchase another car! Marcus was the best..he explained everything and worked hard to help us choose a car and finance it. He was so nice and I felt like he really did care that we got what was best for us and not him. It was really busy but I never felt ignored. I would recommend this dealership and Marcus if you are looking to buy a car!

We found a vehicle online for our company, called to confirm it was available, placed a deposit,…read moreand were told it would be repaired (a DEF sensor issue) and ready for pickup the following day. We drove three hours each way with a check in hand to pay the full purchase price, only to be told after arriving that the vehicle still wasn't drivable. What made the situation even worse was that the staff seemed far more interested in collecting our money than allowing us to actually see the vehicle we were supposedly buying. We repeatedly told them we were not comfortable handing over full payment without first seeing the vehicle, but that concern seemed to fall on deaf ears. The general manager, Canaan, told us the vehicle would instead be delivered to our business once the repairs were complete, so we returned home after wasting an entire day and six hours on the road. Hours later, we received another call saying they would not be delivering it after all, so we got back on the road to pick it up ourselves--only to be told yet again that it still wasn't ready because another problem had supposedly been discovered. Over the next several days, the story continued to change. We were told the repairs were complete and that delivery would happen, only to receive another call later saying we had been "misinformed" and delivery was no longer possible. At that point, after five days of contradictory information, broken promises, and wasted time, we simply requested our deposit back so both parties could move on. They refused. We upheld every part of our agreement. We paid the deposit, drove six hours round trip with a check for the full purchase price, and gave the dealership multiple opportunities over five days to follow through on what they repeatedly promised. Instead, we were met with contradictory stories, broken commitments, wasted time, and a refusal to return our deposit when they failed to deliver the vehicle they represented as being ready, and ultimately lost both our time and our deposit without ever receiving the vehicle. This experience demonstrated a level of disorganization and disregard for customers that no business should consider acceptable. If your time, money, and trust have any value to you, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that understand honesty, communication, and keeping their word. Based on our experience, Tim Short CDJR Maysville demonstrated none of those qualities. If this is how customers are treated before a sale is even completed, I can't imagine what happens after they've already got your money. We will never do business with them again, and we cannot recommend that anyone else does either.

They did come back and may the brakes semi better told me I would have to drive it a minute to get the air out of the brakes and he left me with a clunking sound of one of the struts a rubber round component was not like it was supposed it was clinging against something under the car after he finished the brakes. I drove the car the next morning the pedal was still going further than it did prior to him fixing my brakes along with the loud clanking noise and I no longer had any shocks. I explained to him that the service was incorrect and the brakes weren't working well and that clanking noise needed to be repaired for 48 hours and text messages back and forth the mechanic promise he was coming back said he was doing tolls for the police and it was really busy he was supposed to be 24 hours and he never showed up so he misled me did a shoddy repair and took my $500. I have loads of text messages of this man promising to come back and I even advised him that I have a trip the next day but he never showed up to correct the mess that he made. I will never use him
