Can I give ten stars? Honestly, they earn it. I just had a company try to rip almost four thousand…read moredollars out of my account, unauthorized. This bank stopped that transaction. I had my card on a list of stolen numbers, and I never even saw any bad transactions. They immediately issued me another card. This bank is on their toes! I just found out that their credit cards are far superior in lower interest than the ones that I have (switching to their cards). Also, I have bought Six Flag tickets and other entertainment tickets from them (huge savings for members). Now, that already puts them at ten stars in my book. But, even more than is how personable, friendly, and home town feel this bank gets another five stars. They are very helpful and courteous. They remember who you are when they see you, and they bend over backwards to make you feel like you are dealing with a five star bank. I can't never imagine banking anywhere else (seriously).

Completely unprofessional. David Stone does not follow the Fairness Debt Collection Practices Act…read moreat all. He told me to bring him cash to clear a supposed debt. I went to his office and asked for paper work, confronted him about not informing me he was a debt collector. He proceeded to yell at me like a child, started walking towards me in a failed attempt to intimidate me, and had two other associates of his do the same. I have audio recording of this and taking proper steps with both police and attorney. Beware or this place biggest man child I've ever seen because he got called out on shady tactics.
