Saw several families enjoying their afternoon with their kids. As nice as this park is, the location is horrible. Cars are constantly speeding and running red lights, which make it unsafe when walking with kids. Surprised their isn't a cop posted on this corner as the speeding takes placed directly in front of the fire department. The fact that pedestrians have to wait an additional 10 seconds to make sure there isn't a maniac driver ready to run a red is insane.

We thought it would be great for their health. The scenery is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, the air is fresh, and parking is free, which makes this place even better. One more thing made this visit extra special. The last time we were here, I was disappointed because I couldn't find the pathway lined with tall trees on both sides. This time, I happened to run into a park ranger, and he was incredibly kind and showed me exactly where it was. Thanks to him, I finally found the spot and was able to take some beautiful photos. The gardens here are absolutely gorgeous, and it's such a wonderful place to relax and go for a walk. I always enjoy coming here.

They refer to them as tours, which made me think they were guided but you go at your own pace. Plenty of parking spots and bathrooms were clean.

A small triangle-shaped enclave that offers peaceful respite from some of the busier parts of Beverly Hills, WR Memorial Park is a lovely place to meet up with friends, walk your dog, or sit to practice some moments of mindfulness. He is a small but mighty park in that while you see other people around, you never feel like it's crowded. There is a fountain in the center with small plaques near the encircling benches that detail some of the history of the area. For parking, I suggest checking out Canon Dr. or Beverly Blvd. There is too much traffic on the Sunset Blvd. side for me to feel comfortable trying to maneuver to find parking. Canon Dr. offers 2 hour street parking that is unmetered and a quick walk across the street. Make sure to add this to your list of future picnic spots.

There is a café where you can sit down, enjoy a coffee, and take a break. On weekends it can be quite busy, but it still feels pleasant and welcoming. During the summer, free concerts are held here on Thursdays, which makes the place even more special. The hotel architecture nearby is stunning, and this garden is also a great spot for photoshoots. Overall, it's a perfect place to relax, enjoy the surroundings, and spend some quiet time in the heart of Beverly Hills.

No matter what time of day, there's always a place to sit and enjoy the nature. There's restaurants and eateries surrounding with chairs and tables all over. There's even a running fountain in the middle which adds another layer of tranquility. This area is known to host evening events, so it can get a bit chaotic but also transforms into a completely different vibe when it does! There's a sand area but most of the playground has the bouncy ground. There are picnic tables and benches. The park is really spacious with a wide range of playground equipment made for wheelchairs and with disabilities. It has a toddler area tactile and musical playground equipment. There's a zip line. There's a lot of shaded areas. There's a boat, space ship, tunnel, slides, rolling metal slide, balance beams shaped like balls, and so much more. It's a super inclusive playground with a diverse group of patrons as well. The bad: The parking lot had some cars that looked like people were living out of their car. There was a pee stench at the entrance. Toward the toddler area there was a guy smoking weed. The interesting: It has a LA theme with references to the observatory, freeway and more.

This makes it frustrating when it's crowded, and there are designated lanes for medium-fast swimmers, but they're taken up by slow/beginner swimmers. Had to wait around for 10 minutes until there was space. Needs to be a better of way of controlling/managing the lanes so that different swim levels can swim without the pool being completely overrun by slow swimmers, making it harder for other levels to enjoy the pool space.
