Suddenly this week during my…read more4-week appointment for a refill, she tells me AFTER completing the service that I "had less than 20%" of my lashes left so she was charging me for a "full" set instead of a "refill." NOWHERE on her website does it mention this 20% policy; and she has NEVER communicated this policy to me. It's like she just dreamed it up. Let me add that she was out of the country on vacation so I could not come in earlier. I feel cheated and lied to. And she just lost a long-time customer. Also, she has you come to her house for services once you're an established customer. Just creepy; and I strongly suspect her Homeowners Association and her insurance policy don't know she is running a business out of her residence!

My brows always look amazing and she takes the time to educate me, provide recommendations, and even fill in and style my brows. Ashley offers other services as well, including waxing. There are also several other services offered in the same building with different ladies, from facials, lashes, and even training. My appointment was confirmed, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, the salon was completely closed. When I called Ashley, she seemed to have forgotten about the appointment altogether. Instead of apologizing, she brought up the fact that I had arrived about 10 minutes late to my previous appointment. I had already apologized for being late that day, but she told me that because I was late last time, they were not going to come early for me and that I would have to wait. I was honestly shocked by that response. If you are upset that a customer was 10 minutes late on a previous visit, then don't accept and confirm their next appointment. Confirming an appointment and then intentionally not being there on time because of something that happened previously is incredibly petty and unprofessional. I explained that I had arranged childcare and my entire morning around the appointment, but there was absolutely no understanding or attempt to make things right. Ashley eventually hung up on me, which made the situation even worse. Unfortunately, this isn't the first uncomfortable experience I've had here. On another visit, the person doing my nails was clearly sick with a runny nose while working so closely with me, which I found very unhygienic and unpleasant. I kept giving this salon another chance mainly because it is only a couple of minutes from my house, and that convenience matters when you have a young child. After being treated this way, however, the convenience is simply not worth it. Appointments and customers' time should be respected. If you confirm a Saturday morning appointment, the customer should not arrive to find a locked door and then be blamed for being 10 minutes late on a completely different day. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend this salon.
