I then grew them out, went for my second time and the owners right hand lady was in there and she did a great job and then I went today and there were two ladies I've never seen before, and the lady completely butchered my eyebrows one is thinner than the other one is shorter than the other, and she tried to say at the end of when I got out of the chair that one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other, which that's not the case one of my eyebrows is longer than the other, but you can barely tell and the owner would always just leaves a little bit of extra hair on the end. I'm so upset my birthday is next week. My eyebrows looks terrible.

The place was easy to get to and there is plenty of parking as well. When I walked inside, it was literally the cutest shop I have ever seen. Very modern and clean. I met with Danielle to get started and she was very nice to work with. She cared about what I liked and don't like when it came to my eyebrows. The process took about an hour and I felt very relaxed the whole time. My eyebrows came out absolutely beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. This costed me about $150 but with tip about $180 out the door, which is so worth it to have amazing brows! I will definitely be back. There are also plenty of other services available if you are looking to do lashes, etc.

I agreedeven though the change was initiated by the business. Then the day before my rescheduled appointment, they messaged saying my brow artist had a family emergency and that I would be seeing a different artist instead. I didn't see the message until the following morning and therefore never confirmed the change. At that point my appointment had already been changed once because the salon was closing on the original date and now the artist was changing again. Rather than proceed with an appointment that had changed multiple times due to circumstances outside of my control, I decided to cancel. I understand the salon's response will likely be that my appointment date and time remained the same, that they notified me of the artist change and that I canceled within their same day cancellation window. They also explained that their policy allows for a 100% same day cancellation fee and that they only charged me 50% as a courtesy. I don't dispute that they have a cancellation policy. My issue is with how it was applied in this situation. This wasn't a typical last minute cancellation where everything remained as originally booked. The business had already rescheduled my appointment once because they were closing and then changed my artist less than 24 hours before the appointment. I never confirmed that I was comfortable with that change before being charged. Emergencies happen and I don't fault my original brow artist for having a family emergency. My disappointment is with the decision to enforce a cancellation fee despite the multiple changes initiated by the business. In my opinion greater flexibility would have been the fairer approach. I disputed the charge with my bank and chose not to rebook. While I can't speak to the quality of their brow services, I can only review my own experience as a customer and unfortunately it left me disappointed with how the situation was handled.

I was willing to give her another chance, but unfortunately for my next appointment I had to do a last minute cancellation due to last minute change in my work schedule. They were completely non-understanding and insisted on charging me the full price of the appointment. They showed absolutely no willingness to compromise for what was going on in my schedule, and just made it all about getting their $$$. Will never be booking with this place again! Also - a word of caution about all the 5* reviews - after my first appointment I was offered a discount on my next booking if I left a 5* review and specifically mentioned the brow tech by name. That's obviously a lot of what's going on here....

If I did have to wait, it was only for a short amount of time. I've since moved out of Tampa, and the saddest part is not being able to pop in the have my brows tamed. But best believe if I'm ever back in Tampa I'm making a stop here. The price is higher than most places, it was $15 last time I went, but this is Davis Island and I'm sure they gotta make that rent. Believe me though, it's well worth it.

My appointment started a late, but I didn't mind at all after my experience with Melanie. She showed me the natural shape of my brow and how to encourage hair growth in spots where it needs to grow back. I can't wait to continue to come back. Melanie is fantastic!

I have 6 tattoos in different places on my body and tattoos are, at the very least, uncomfortable. I was apprehensive but I drove 2 hours to Tampa to give it a shot. ::gulp:: -Not only was her studio the epitome of stylish and sterile, it was cozy enough to make it feel less intimidating. -Her personality was relaxed and confident and completely in control. I am the type of person who gets anxious over a new restaurant. It really felt like a New-Age Slumber Party. Back in the day, you and your girlfriends would get together and chat about make up and boys...this was the same thing...just permanent. -It was not painful AT ALL. Truly! Aside from numbing cream in the beginning, she carefully applied the cream after each line was complete to lessen inflammation, which made the following line JUST as painless. I would say it was similar to having an eyelash in your eye. My eyes didn't even water and she uses a counting technique so your brain registers that the irritation will end soon. -She was ABSOLUTELY dedicated to giving me the look that was timeless, classic, clean, and appropriate in any setting. That evening and this morning, I had no redness or irritation and I am carefully following the after-care regimen. I AM TOTALLY OBSESSED WITH MY EYES! I didn't used to look in the mirror a lot because I was like, "Oh. same old me. Slap SOMETHING on and go" NOW, I keep looking and loving my appearance. JUST BECAUSE OF ANALISE!!! Well, in about just 10 days - that's less than two weeks, more than half of the lash extensions fell off, while my natural lashes did not. Contacted this woman who is supposed to be the owner and the worker who applied the lash extensions on me, and went back and forth multiple times about her poor quality of work. She seemed to offer (through vague language ) half the refund. After my pointing out the full failure of her work and failure at consultation (she should've pointed out if I was not a candidate of here work or she could not deliver the promised service). it seemed to a point that she would issue my refund. NOPE. No refund at all. I had to jump through many hoops to get my financial institute involved to dispute her BAD eyelash extension service and WORST customer service. Luckily my financial institute agreed with me and I won the dispute. For a $270 charge by this kind of work. Y'all should know to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
