If we want to gift the credits to someone else, we have to pay an additional $10 per credit, especially making it impossible to use the credits up and cancel: Management hides behind a keyboard, and will not talk to you in person nor via phone. Our experience has completely ruined Massage Envy and you better believe I have told every person I talk to regarding massages to avoid this place like the plague! I was confused because I've already redeemed my voucher for the second session before my mother's massage has even started. she states that the voucher wouldn't work for this session but it would for any future sessions. At this point I'm extremely annoyed and beyond confused still. So she goes on by saying also you would have to pay the full amount of this session and not the amount given on groupon and if I have a problem I should take it with groupon. So here I'm thinking it must be a problem on groupon's end just to find out that groupon has already paid her for both of the vouchers. Ive been dealing with this problem for two months now, both groupon and velvet refused to refund at least one of the voucher or the full amount she took from the second session. Velvet is very untrustworthy & unprofessional scammer who's ripping others of their money even after groupon has paid her. I wouldn't recommend her to ANYONE ever.
