I just went in to lob off several inches of my hair and because I had a mid-winter crisis of wanting to get bangs. I have a lot of allergies/sensitivities, and I loved that the stylists checked the ingredients of every product before using them in a very friendly helpful manner. When I got home I was pretty devastated to see that the haircut was pretty uneven. There is a large piece of hair on one side that is too short to pull back and its only on one side. The bottom is choppy. I'm pretty devastated. Its obvious enough that even my boyfriend noticed. I was offered a refund but ya know.. I'd rather have my hair. Overall proceed with caution. You might get a fantastic cut and you might not. Update: my coworkers asked me what happened to my hair. Yes, its that obvious. Not only did she chop the front of my hair off making my inverted bob a regular bob, She absolutely butchered the layering. Now I'm left with very short, choppy ugly hair that will take 1-2 years to grow back. I will need to pay someone to fix the layering and I'm left to look like a boy for months.
