I want them to tell me what would look good on me and what won't. Anyway I came across Heather because of the amazing photos she has posted of clients hair. You could tell in the photos she knew how to do color correctly, so I gave her a call. Although I was wanting instant gratification, her photos showed that a little wait would be worth it and I didn't even have to wait that long. Called on a Wednesday, I think, and she got me in on Tuesday! With all that being said..... Heather is amazing! Her coloring skills and knowledge is unbelievable. She is not only way on top of her knowledge of hair, she is straight forward and honest. If something you're wanting is not going to look good or work for you, she will let you know and gives an explanation as to why, complexion, face shape, life style, etc. Her prices are great and if she can save you money, she will totally let you know. She is in the business because it's her passion and it shows! She has amazing energy and is super easy to get along with. I had just donated about 14 inches of hair to Locks of Love and my hair that was blonde when I was growing up had become dark blonde and just kind of boring. And I hadn't had my hair "done" in over 7 or 8 years. I walked in not really knowing what I wanted and I walked out feeling beautiful. Stacy made me feel comfortable immediately, like the other reviews have said, she's honest and she's a master perfectionist at her craft. My hair was in desperate need of some help. Kendyl was my hair stylist. She was very easy to work with, asked me a lot of questions on how I would like my hair. I usually come prepared with a few pictures or ideas but I let her take the lead. She showed me a few pictures of previous clients and we narrowed it down pretty quickly. Then the entire process started. I ended up choosing a partial highlight, with roots and then a haircut. I was there from about 4-6pm.
