Brittany has cut my hair twice, and I have loved it both times. The first time was a trim on very long hair, and the second experience was cutting off 13 inches into a bob. I have a lot of very thick hair and have always had a hard time finding a stylist that understands how to cut it without it being bulky. Brittany knew exactly what she was doing. I had given a glowing review after 1 haircut which was a mistake. As I continued to go to her, my hair seemed more and more sloppily done, with very uneven lengths throughout my hair. I had to take a picture of the cut to her after having her cut my hair so badly so she can correct it. So very disappointing. I deleted my first review which I've never done before but the cuts as time progressed just got so concerning. I went to another salon for a Brazilian blowout and the stylist said why do you have different lengths in the back? She took a picture for me and I was so upset. Terrible, sloppy cutting. I use Brittany for cuts and style. I especially appreciated how well she listens - if you want an inch off, you won't get two or three. I always get a good haircut from a friendly person. Once I wrote down the time wrong (half hour later) and at 15 minutes late she cancelled me. (I lived one block away but would have appreciated "If you are not here within 5 minutes, we'll need to reschedule.") Still it was my fault and she was nice about rescheduling. I have been going to Brittany since I moved to Arizona in 2010. I decided to go to her initially because of the positive reviews I researched online. She always knows what I want, even if I don't explain it in the most clear way. I have been blonde, red, dark brown, partial highlights, etc and she always delivers! I really like my olaplex treatment. It made my hair super soft. I just wasn't a fan of Brittany's blowout. She use a regular oval hairbrush for the blowout. It looked like something I would of done at home. I would of preferred her to use a round brush. My hair ended up just really flat. read more

Brittany does an amazing job! I am such a slacker and never get my hair cut "regularly" like I should. That doesnt matter though because Brittany takes the time to do a detailed cut that lasts. I didnt even have to tell her the first time I saw her about my annoying natural part. Any other hairstylist I have ever seen automatically parts my hair down the middle and cuts my hair using that part as a guide. It doesnt work out good when I get home and do my own hair. Brittany automatically noticed that my hair parts on the side and knew just what to do about it. Last time I saw her I decided to change things up and add some color. Usually I avoid it because im too much of a slacker and know that it will eventually look terrible because I wont keep up on it. After chatting with Brittany about it I decided to go with some bright red peek a boos. This was over 6 weeks ago and it still looks good!
