I have been seeing Hilda, the very experienced nail technician, regularly for true Shellac gel manicures and pedicures. She pays exquisite attention to detail and is a perfectionist. My cuticles have never looked better and I have never had a better manicure or pedicure than hers. I also recently had a massage with their one and only masseuse (I forget her name) and it was a wonderfully relaxing experience. She was able to help me with some trouble spots and provide guidance on how to manage those areas going forward. You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable in her area of expertise. You will have to book both services well in advance or happen to catch a last minute opening because both have a loyal following and are extremely popular! The owners/front desk staff are also very friendly and attentive. They have many other services, including the well known Hydrafacial, that I hope to try out soon.

The price was steep for being deemed a balayage ($395), but essentially received highlights. Also, prices were not addressed beforehand and seemed to be increased because of the fact I did not know the store prices. To continue, I wanted lighter ends than the top as showed in the inspiration photos, and I got lighter top of the head and hardly any at the bottom. Great hairstylist, though from a client perspective, I wished for overall more transparency and more listening to my desires. Negotiate/understand price beforehand! (Lesson learned)

I was so upset and embarrassed so went to Jennifer for a haircut first- while there we discussed how she would fix my hair! The next day I was in there and after a couple of hours - VOILA my hair was absolutely stunning! I had full foil highlights done- and then she applied what they call a GlaZe that was purple! Kiki did an amazing job! She magically turned my hair into the exact blonde color I always loved and tried to get in those other places. I visited JoeBri Nails while in town visiting a friend. We had a 12pm appointment on a Saturday for…read moremanicures and pedicures. We arrived a little early for our appointment and the owner wasn't very welcoming we knew we were early she said we had to wait because they were serving other customers which is understandable but we could pick out our colors or soak in the chair or wait. At 11:50 they took us back to the pedicure chairs. My pedicure started with a guy then switched to a woman. I wasn't asked about my shape only what kind of pedicure. In my opinion, there the pedicure pricing and options were confusing (I posted a photo but received a private message from the manager or owner asking for the picture to be removed). I settled on a gel pedicure for $50 (prices range from $32 to 55+) there was no description for the gel pedicure it just said it was $55, when it was over I had a standard pedicure with gel polish and I skipped the hot stones. I had to ask a few time for my toenails to be filed and shaped evenly and I believe that's because of the technician change part of the way way through my service (even though I had an appointment). Next we moved to my nails I wanted a regular manicure and to have the gel removed (which I shared when I arrived early and again when I was seated in the pedicure chair). Instead of soaking the hard gel off (which is what I'm use too) they chose to file the hard gel off. Not wrong but a much longer process and after leaving and closely inspecting they didn't get all of the gel off. I haven't had a regular manicure in about 6 months but my nails were not soaked in any water at all, they were trimmed, filed, a scrub was applied and painted. Overall, I don't think the service I received was soothing or relaxing ... 4 service providers for a manicure and pedicure even though we had an appointment and were there for about two hours. NOTE: I have removed my photos at the request of the business owner who sent me a private message after I posted my review.
