Bethanne refused to honor a gift certificate I purchased for my daughter, claiming it had somehow been used before I had even given it to her. When I calmly asked her to review my 2024 and 2025 purchases and check the balances on my other gift certificates, she refused to look into it and instead screamed at me over the phone. Rather than handling the situation professionally, Bethanne chose to act hostile, disrespectful, and completely irrational toward a customer of nearly three decades. Shortly afterward, she canceled all of my appointments for the next year without a single adult conversation. Mistakes can happen.
