Then told me to take Ibuprofen but I can't take NSAIDs so they didn't check my chart. I have a big crater left by the procedure so can't go anywhere else to finish the process. The procedure was done in Battle Creek office. Two biopsy's had to be done in Kazoo because the first was too shallow and gave an incorrect result.

I explained to them what happened and that I needed to get sleep so could I please reschedule it for another day. I was told sure but they would keep the 40% deposit for the appointment and that I would have to pay another 40% deposit for the reschedule appointment. All I was asking for is to get some understanding and respect. That a truck driver who works nights should get rest so him and the people around him will be safe and I was told that is just way it is and that's their policy. So I will never be returning to them. I went to Star Nails once for a pedicure and had a good experience so I decided to go on 7/5 for a…read morepedicure and full set (acrylic) they had a pretty long wait time but everyone was working and they were busy so I was trying to be patient. My pedicure was rushed and I did not get square cut like I asked. My nails looked ok so I paid and left. Once I got home and really looked, I was disappointed with the shape and look of my nails. It is now 7/7 and my thumb nail is lifted underneath and I have a bunch of hardened acrylic under my nails on both hands. I was there for over three hours and did not receive satisfactory service. So I went in today (7/7) and politely asked for a refund. They insisted on fixing my nails and I said did not want them to fix it. That I did not have a good experience and would prefer to just have a refund. They refused. When I asked why I could not get a refund they said they don't do that. There is no sign up that says no refund. They could see and agreed that my nails were not looking good but still refused a refund. So I left.
