I did my due diligence by scheduling consultations with the physicians they suggested. Honestly, most practices offered a similar level of service. What set Dr. Armani apart, however, was his thorough understanding of the science behind hair transplantation and the clarity with which he explained the process during our consultation. He never tried to pressure me, nor did I receive any follow-up calls pushing me toward a decision. Instead, he simply helped me understand what a realistic outcome might look like. My wife, who is also a physician, was equally impressed by his expertise and how detailed--yet never overwhelming--his explanations were. I couldn't believe what I was hearing or the entire experience. The way this Dr. so blaise stated all the of the above-mentioned things with spending less than 10 minutes with her and it had nothing to do with why we were there. I left discouraged and upset so I called the office, and they stated they would have corporate call me. Dr. Lyde called me back to apologize but then stood by how she conducted herself and well within her scope as a doctor she has to look at the big picture. Then she said we should find another doctor and proceeded to hang up on me. I am filing a formal complaint and leaving this review as I don't believe any doctor should tell someone to double up on their medication, especially with not being informed of their medical history and not their physician. What would have happened if I wasn't there and she went home and double up her medication?!?
