I had DJS and genioplasty with Dr.Sanovich on September 27th and my life has truly changed forever. I couldn't be happier to have chosen DSA for my procedure. My confidence since surgery has sky rocked and I am so grateful! I went from having a crossbite and an asymmetrical face to the most perfect face that I cannot stop looking at. My side profiles are just BEAUTIFUL and my face is so symmetrical. I am loving my results 7 weeks post op! The entire staff has been so helpful every step of the way between my initial consultation, surgery and all my post op follow up appointments. Prior to my jaw surgery, I had never undergone a surgery or been under anesthesia. DSA ensured that I was comfortable and at ease through it all. The recovery has been SO smooth, and DSA is to thank! If I had to do it again, I would a thousand times over! Getting surgery of any sort is never an easy decision but with DSA you are in the best hands. Dr.Sanovich is phenomenal. He truly cares about the patient and does everything he can to ensure that the patient gets the best care/results possible. Dr.Sanovich's bedside manner is top notch. He checked on me throughout recovery to ensure that everything was going well. The aesthetic side of DSA is a bonus! I have gotten several facials and my skin absolutely LOVES it. So happy to be a patient at DSA. If you are in need of jaw surgery, I highly recommend Dr.Sanovich and his team. A true blessing!

I would first like to state that I am the most ideal candidate you could probably have for this procedure. I was 40 at the time, workout 4x a week with weights, walk 2-3 days a week, eat a healthy diet, stay on top of my hydration, do lymphatic drainage techniques regularly, etc. .... so a fairly fit and healthy individual with stubborn problem areas which is what Airsculpt is supposed to be for. My main issue was loose under arm skin that came from genetics, not weight loss as I have never been overweight and some typical excess fat women carry there. After my procedure I saw about 30% improvement which in my opinion was definitely not enough considering how good of a candidate I am and how much the procedure cost (about 10K). I went back and expressed my disappointment and that I expected a revision to be done. Dr.Hanz was not my surgeon for the first procedure but he agreed to be my surgeon for the revision. We had talked and agreed on that it was mostly the skin that was the issue so that the revision didn't necessarily need much more fat taken out, maybe a little, but that the main focus should be skin tightening. The revision surgery day came in June 2025 and Dr. Hanz and I talked one more time right before surgery about how it was the Skin that needed more addressing. Then what did he do? He took out even more fat than the first surgery! When I came out of surgery and the nurse told me that, my first thought was, "why would he take even more fat if loose skin was the issue? Wouldn't that just cause even more loose skin?!" But I decided to wait and see how the results turned out. Well here it is August 2026 and guess what? I was exactly right! Not only did it cause the loose skin to be more obvious but the over correction caused deformities in my arms. I'm so embarrassed about my arms now and to make it worse, my aesthetic is how I make my living. I understand that all surgeries can come with complications including aesthetic ones but in my opinion, this could've been mostly avoidable had the first surgery been done correctly and/or the second surgery actually been what we talked about. I expected so much more especially for that price tag. I am now having to look into a mini brachioplasty to fix the issue. Definitely not worth it for what it cost both financially and emotionally now that my arms have deformities and embarrassing loose skin. The first photo of my arm straight looks like fat hanging but it's mostly skin. The second photo with my arm bent and my skin tighter shows you the deformity all along the inside of my arm.

I had both upper and…read morelower eyelid surgery performed by this doctor, and from the beginning, I found him to be impatient, dismissive, and lacking in bedside manner. He frequently talked over me rather than listening to my concerns. Unfortunately, my results were very disappointing. The outer corners of my upper eyelids opened up after surgery, leaving me with visible scars that remain tender. Even now, it is painful to apply eye makeup in those areas. In addition, my lower eyelids were left with noticeable bags beneath both eyes. The doctor attempted to correct the problem in the office, but the procedure was unsuccessful. Despite receiving local anesthetic, I could still feel pain during the treatment, and when I expressed that I was hurting, I was essentially told that the pain was "in my head." At each follow-up visit, my concerns were minimized, and I was repeatedly told that I still looked better than I did before surgery. That was not the reassurance I was seeking. I wanted my complications acknowledged and addressed with compassion and professionalism. After my final follow-up appointment, I decided I would not return. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this doctor for cosmetic surgery. Patients deserve to be heard, treated with respect, and have their concerns taken seriously--especially when dealing with elective procedures and their outcomes.

However, within a week, I developed large, red, and warm welts, 2-3 inches wide. When I contacted the office, they told me they didn't know what it was--maybe a reaction to my skin stretching or breakouts. As the condition worsened, they continued to express uncertainty and advised me to see my regular doctor. At the time, I was young and unaware of what a staph infection was. Unfortunately, that's what I had, and it became a 10-year battle. The infection spread to my neck, face, back, arms, and legs. I never mentioned this in reviews, as I was focused on dealing with the issue and didn't want to add more negativity. Looking back, I regret not warning others. Staph infections are isolating--I often couldn't leave the house. Because the infection was not treated promptly, it became extremely difficult to manage. I was put on multiple antibiotics over the years and had to use special washes and make countless doctor visits. Just when it seemed under control, it would flare up again, often appearing on my breasts. Mistakes happen, but as a surgeon, recognizing infection is critical. The large welts I had post-surgery should have been treated as a possible infection, and I should have been given antibiotics right away. Now, I'm left with deep scars that I am only now beginning to address. At one point, I had finger-sized holes on my body. It was both disgusting and humiliating. As I search for a new surgeon, I realize how important it is to share experiences like this. Dr. Stagnone's work was aesthetically beautiful, but the infection cost me years of my life and much of my confidence.

He asked me what my highest level of education was, told me he was afraid that I might have had a head injury or stroke recently and should get a Neuro-Psych eval. HUH? For breast surgery? In his defense, I do have difficulty with memory recall of my surgical history due to the tragedy of having double mastectomies, post surgical infections, a previous surgeon who purged/destroyed my medical records (which is new to me, apparently doctors can now destroy their patients medical records after 7 years, I was never taught that in MA training), and a failed implant that is now flat.. I had no idea that a Neuro-Psych Eval was required for breast surgery. I was completely shocked and could not believe what I was hearing. I am sad to say that I can not recommend this doctor. He displayed zero concern or empathy for my feelings, and what I have been through having double mastectomies and a failed left implant. Very very shocked and sad. If you are in a fragile emotional state for any reason, beware, this doctor has zero tolerance apparently.
