Basing my review simply on the experience I had with the receptionist Stacy. I called asking if they performed lip repositioning surgery. She had no idea what I was referring to so she asked and came back and said that it could be performed and she could see me tomorrow at 10:30am. The consult fee was $450. I told her oh, no thank you then. I have seen two other dentists/surgeons who didn't charge me for a consultation and I'd hate to pay that not knowing enough information about it. I said "thank you so much" before hanging up and before I could even finish, she'd hung up on me without another word. Not a great first impression. Edited to add: before Stacy's hang up, she told me that they call a lip repositioning, "lip reduction" which is not the same thing in the slightest. Glad I didn't go and pay $450 just to be given wrong info about what I'm looking for. read more

So heartbroken, I wanted to love this place so much. The Botox I had been getting four years here and Micro needling was amazing! I made the mistake of letting them do my lips. I had DJS and genioplasty with Dr.Sanovich on September 27th and my life has truly changed forever. I couldn't be happier to have chosen DSA for my procedure. My side profiles are just BEAUTIFUL and my face is so symmetrical. I am loving my results 7 weeks post op! The entire staff has been so helpful every step of the way between my initial consultation, surgery and all my post op follow up appointments. Zero customer service skills. I Just hung up the phone with the doctor's wife arguing with me about the negative review I wrote. Very interesting way of running a business. I have known him for over 10 years and getting injectables and botox on a regular basis. He does a pretty good job with the botox but I can't recommend him for the injectables and fillers. The staff is incredibly friendly, honest, and helpful. The office is beautiful and they offer great pricing for their services. The NP Jayne is amazing. She genuinely cares about her patients and has a wonderful bedside manner. She makes treatments that are painful as painless as possible and works quickly. The 5 star reviews are true. This is easily the most genuine doctors office I have EVER been to. The ladies up front.. so so sweet. I live out of town and the communication was so effortless. Any question, concern, or paperwork I needed filled out was done/answered with no hesitation or issues. Dr. Sanovich himself, he knows what he's doing and knows his stuff! Going into a face alternating surgery isn't easy but he makes you feel comfortable and confident in the process. I am going to start by saying Dr. Sanovich and his staff are the absolute best! About a year ago I was lost and I felt overwhelmed I visited so many doctor offices, and I never felt comfortable with any of them. I am so thankful for the day someone recommended Dr. Sanovich to me. I was bit in the face by a full grown rottweiler, and had an emergency surgery by a very nice surgeon, but he wasn't a specialist so after my face healed my nose was huge, my right eye had this webbed look and the scar between my eyes was deep. I was scared I would never look normal again until I walked into Dallas Surgical Arts, for the first time I felt hopeful! The entire staff is wonderful!! They are all so sweet and carry themselves in a very professional manner, they do whatever they can to make sure I feel comfortable and all of my questions are answered! Dr. Sanovich is very honest, hes an amazing surgeon and wants every patient to be 100% satisfied with how they look! My surgery experience was wonderful! I had a rhinoplasty, among other things to fix the webbing around my eye. Before surgery they go over everything I'll need and my surgery recovery was easy! They called and checked on me, and made sure I was healing up right! They didn't just stop there, they continue to have me come in for laser work around the scar so the skin blends in!
