I scratched my rear bumper and some paint came off. I got a few estimates from a few body shops. The cheapest was still way too much for such minor damage and they also said it would also take a few days. I did some research and decided to give this place a try since they come to you and the reviews were so good. It only took them about 2 hours to do the job and saved me an enormous amount of money and time than if I'd gone to a body shop. They even offered to put some finishing touches on it a week later free of charge, which I gladly accepted. Darrel, the person who did the service (owner?), was very professional and friendly and obviously greatly experienced at what he does. I've gone with Darrel and Santiago for detail work on 3 of my cars now: a Corvette Z06 and a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X that needed detail work for hard water stains and oxidation damage as a result (my area has really hard water full of minerals and my vehicles always get hit from the sprinklers in the driveway). Both are black so you can't miss the flaws and damage in the paint. Santiago did the detail work for those and fixed about 97-98% of the damage, with the remainder just being irreparable from the sun baking the damage into the paint. The results were amazing and both cars shined like glass, and you'd barely notice the oxidation damage unless you knew where to look for it. Inside looks amazing too (I get Starbucks or Peet's everyday and spill it all over the dash), like a brand new car. I had my cars detailed right before selling them, and the ROI is 1,000% with the work these guys do. Darrel did the Ceramic Pro application on my Tesla Model X. It's not cured yet and it already looks amazing, but I can tell just from the amount of detail work he did, it's going to look showroom quality. He also takes the time to point out any flaws and does corrections where he can. These guys are real pros, real nice guys too. On top of that, Darrel is extremely responsive, gets back to you fairly quickly, and squeezes you in if you need work done asap. Darrell came out today and did both our cars, a Toyota Sequoia and a Ford Raptor. These are both big cars that do a lot of driving, in various places. The paint on both had hard water spots, tar from the asphalt road, salt residue from winter roads, tree sap, bugs, etc. He took the time to get all of it off and the paint looks and feels brand new on both of them. The insides are clean, vacuumed, polished as well. I was most impressed with how he was able to get the wheels clean from brake dust and grime. I've scrubbed them in the past but stubborn spots wouldn't come clean. Darrell worked his magic and they look great now. We'll be having Darrell out at least yearly to keep our paint looking nice, definitely someone who knows what they are doing and who takes pride in their work. read more
