Under the seat, missed, sometimes the seats themselves, missed! Often times I gotta ask them to wipe up the water drips from the windows and trunk area. I get it, they do high volume, but honestly, for almost $50 plus a tip, if I pay for the ultimate, it should ultimately be cleaned, right?!

The towels weren't completely clean or dry and actually left dirt on my windows. The blower also leaves some water behind. If the towels were super dry and cleaner, this place would be great. Update: I want to thank the manager for reaching out so quickly and explaining why the microfiber towels are slightly damp. I didn't realize that fully dry towels could potentially damage the vehicle's paint or clear coat. I really appreciate them taking the time to educate me. Because of the great customer service, I'm updating my star rating. Customer service definitely matters, and they handled this well.

They showed me that my air filter was clean and did not need replacing. They explained everything they were doing. Then they showed me my dipstick when they were done and that it was fresh clean oil. They gave me an itemized list of what they had done. Even replaced my oil filter with a genuine Hyundai oil filter. They also told me a couple clips on my skid plate had rusted out, and I should order a couple new ones when I get the chance; and that they would replace them free of charge. They gave me a coupon for a free car wash next door. It was hot outside, so I bought them some cold Gatorade drinks in appreciation of their work. These technicians are all great!
