Scheduling was a bit confusing. In the beginning, there was a bit of misunderstanding regarding the day they were going to come out. When that was all resolved, everything was great. Santiago was on time and a true professional. The car is not your average car as it is I collectible one and not something that is easily replaced. Santiago took great care in it and explained to me that this was one of the harder vehicles that he does because of the rarity of it. He finished the job on time and under budget. The results were spectacular. The car was in pretty good condition when he got here but now it really looks gorgeous. I will be calling him again to do my pick up truck in a few months. Just happened to find this business on Yelp since it was listed as number 1. Glad I set up an appointment with Darrel! He arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected which was great. One of the first things he asked me to do was open my hood. We opened the hood and what did we see? A MOUSE. I was so surprised and also disgusted. He looked around and noticed that the mouse had set up a little nest in my hood. He told me how to keep the mice away, and he also checked around my garage to see if they had set up a little home under our washer/dryer. This was above and beyond already. I had my car washed and waxed. She looks brand new! Darrel worked quickly but my car looked amazing afterwards. He also suggested that he clean under my hood as well, I guess my engine was a little dirty. After he was done, everything under my hood was shiny and clean. I can't comment on their detailing service after they failed to show twice. First time, had them scheduled to do four of my cars, they wanted to start at 7:30 a.m. Great scheduled. 3:30 a.m. the morning they are supposed to come, I get a text that they couldn't make it because of a family emergency. Ok, no problem, life happens. I agree we will rescheduled. A couple of weeks later, I reach out to get 3 cars detailed (was rear ended in the fourth in between). They offer Saturday or Sunday, I say whichever works best for you. They say Sunday, 7:30 if not too early. Great, schedule it, get up early Sunday, nobody here. Wait a while, finally at 8:30 a.m. text, saying guessing a no show. A couple of hours later, get a response of sorry, scheduling mistake. Not sure what is going on, but if you value your time, look elsewhere. read more

My truck needed a lot of attention, inside and out, after coming back from Burning Man, and Reflections took great care of it! Darrel was knowledgeable and responsive when setting up the appointment and Santiago did an incredible job on the truck. He texted to give me an ETA when headed to me, made sure we discussed everything that needed doing, and then did such a detailed and diligent job. I had neighbors texting me asking who he was and how they could contact him because he was paying such good attention to the truck. The job was big enough that he was losing light before finishing up and he said he could keep going using a light he brought or he would be happy to come by the next morning to finish up (the morning worked for me so he came back and continued). These guys are amazing! My son had ran over house paint that someone had spilled on the road. It was literally all over the left side of his car. We tried to get it off ourselves without success and Santiago came and was able to get all of the pain off. It looks brand new again. He and his coworker did a fantastic job at a fair price. I requested a quote through Yelp for an external detail and paint correction for my black 2021 Polestar 2 that hadn't been washed in months and had some light scratches from winter snow. I also asked what it would cost to do ceramic coating. Based on the quote for just the detail and paint correction, I hired Reflections. The technician (forgot his name, sorry) came on time and did a great job with the wash. He also gave me great tips on how to maintain the car myself between full details. There was some confusion regarding the paint correction - the single stage, which I had been quoted on, is much less detailed than the dual stage, which is what is performed ahead of a ceramic coating (and actually corrects the scratches/swirls) and would have cost twice as much. This was my first time getting this type of service so I didn't really know the difference or what to expect. Darrell called me and we sorted out the confusion. He was very clear on the phone about what I should expect from each option. Ultimately I went with the original quoted service, which was essentially an extra polishing step after the clay bar, but not a full paint correction. It was still a great deal and the technician did a great job. While the scratches and swirls were not removed, all the sap and bird dropping stains were fixed, and the wax left my car looking excellent. read more

His pricing is reasonable, he's very knowledgeable of his automobiles and was very patient with all my questions I had. He's a down to earth guy and very professional. We walked around my car together before he started. He educated me on my engine area (where the mice party ). He suggested it to be cleaned then gave me advise on what to buy to keep them away. I was also interested I headlight restoration. Once again patiently he explained water is getting in and what my options were with that situation. I recently had hand surgery. I usually detail and wash my own car, but couldn't. And man was it over due. It wasn't terrible (like) you could tell I maintenance it. It just needed some TLC. We requested an interior and exterior deep detailing from Reflections. This was our first time requesting a detailing in this area. The tech who came worked really hard with the tools he had. He spent about 2.5 hours in total. The car looks so much better inside and out! Price seemed in line with other estimates. I chose Reflections because they responded quickly, were able to shift days quickly when I accidentally scheduled the detailing for a day we weren't available, and seemed quite friendly. Why isn't it 5 stars? - I was under the impression that they had a mobile steam extractor to tackle stains in the upholstery. They do not. While *much* cleaner, the drill brush wasn't sufficient to minimize the appearance of the stains the way I hoped - I anticipated that I would get a text before or during the arrival window telling me the tech's ETA and perhaps their first name. I did not. The tech got stuck in horrendous traffic and arrived more than 20 mins after the end of the window. Letting me know an updated arrival time would have been greatly appreciated. Instead I received a call once the tech arrived. Not from the tech himself, but from the main office. - I expected the tech would come knock on the front door when he arrived. Instead he waited outside by his car. - When they said they didn't accept checks, I presumed that contactless or cards would be accepted. They're not. Cash only means ONLY cash is accepted. Luckily we had enough on hand between the two of us. read more

I waited a couple months to see how the ceramic coating was holding up on my white 911 Porsche. The only way I can describe how nice it looks is to say it looks like a new clear coat on top of the paint. While washing the water just streamed off the ceramic coating.
