Darrel's team was able to come out on a Sunday (in the heat, too), although they were 2 hours late. Other than being late, the team was very courteous and did the job exceptionally well. This was my absolute best experience with a mobile detailer. Darryl was the best. I had paint correction and ceramic coating done. I have a black car, so every little swirl or scratch would show up. When he was done with my car, it looked brand new. I'm going to have him do my interior next time. He even gave me some tips on what to buy so my son won't destroy the back of my passenger seat. Awesome experience! He responded quickly to my initial inquiry, set up an appointment and arrived on time. He is super personable and did a great job detailing the interior and exterior of my car and my grandson's car in the midst of pouring rain. He took his time and made both of our cars that hadn't been properly cleaned or vacuumed in over 2 years look like new again. He even helped me apply touch up paint that I had on some of the scratches on my bumper that were more evident because of how shiny the car was. I offered to get all of the fast food containers and bags of chips and old Starbucks cups still half filled with month's old Fraps along with 14 sweatshirts and gym clothes out of my grandson's car and he said "I'll take care of it - I have my own bags." One of their technicians called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way out. Like many people in the Bay Area I had my car broken into. After getting the window repaired I reached out to Reflections Mobile Detailing and Darrell jumped right on it and was ready to book me the next morning. My schedule was a bit of mess and we had a slight mix up for the day I booked but Darrell made good and gave me a discount after some confusion. Can't complain. Stuff happens. So the service itself was outstanding. He found pieces of glass the installer didn't see and cleaned up my messy rear storage that had a soda spill all over it.
