I've never gotten a 60-minute massage where she literally massages you for 60 minutes. Usually time is taken out for undressing and a consultation, but instead I just left my appointment 15 minutes late and enjoyed a full hour of massage. Sarah was wonderful -- friendly, but no meaningless chit chat. I took advantage of the $60 "ladies day" special on Saturday (also Tuesdays), and for the area and the positive experience, there's no better deal. This is the most amazing place I have ever gotten a massage. I was immediately greeted and taken back, even though I was 10 minutes early! When they say a 60 minute massage, they mean a full 60 minutes. A head to toe Swedish massage working out all of the knots and stress with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling rejuvenated and in such a great mood. For a location that is steps away from Wrigley Field you'd have no idea based on the ambiance and design inside. Best massage I've ever had. My boyfriend and I went this past weekend for a couples massage for his birthday. Jason and Jade the owners were sweet as can be and so accommodating. The massages were fantastic and thorough deep tissue massages by Jojo and Vicky, whom my boyfriend and I were shocked to find out were new because they were so good. Jenny, oh my Jenny... came in here at the last minute with a bad neck spasm. They took me in tight away for 45 minutes. They call this place a warrior retreat, and I believe it. Jenny was FIERCE. She worked on me quickly, efficiently and deeply, with whatever parts of her body she could use. She was extremely strong but I never felt she was going to hurt me. Just had a 90 minute couples and it was absolutely amazing. Katie and Li really took care of us. I have issues with one leg being shorter than another and that causes a lot of tension on one side for me and Li noticed this and paid extra attention to that one side to maximize my benefit. Katie was very good at talking my girlfriend through things for her first massage. Needless to say this was a great Saturday date for us and much needed relaxation. Great place all around! Went here on 2/7/15 for a couples massage. First impressions: very clean, subdued Asian/spiritual decor (=good), yet modern vibe. The private rooms are nice and also impeccable. My therapist was Tlawil, who did a great job on me. Initially she was a bit too quiet, especially considering it was my first professional massage ever (hey, I like to know what each technique is for :). Later she did mention where tight spots were, giving tips about possible treatment etc, which is appreciated. Started off with a kind of warmup (sorry, not familiar with actual terminology...), which entailed mainly pressing down, some rubbing through the towel. The latter was the only part of the whole session that was not really enjoyable, friction causing burning sensation. After 10 minutes, she started with deep-tissue massage with oil, then a combination of hot stones and hot oil, finishing with toweling off. Tlawil is small, but she knows how to use pressure, and will climb on your back to put her weight into it! Felt very relaxed after 90 minutes, definitely will come back here! Only minor point of attention would be: -The private room we had was on the small sized for couples massage, which meant it was a bit harder for both therapists to move around. Hence, you could hear some noise of them squeezing past walls/each other. read more

I went today for the first time and Kathy was my masseuses. My first impression is the place is very clean and gives you a cozy feeling when you walk in. I thought the front desk staff was professional and informative. To my luck I came the day they have the ladies special. I got a 90 minute deep massage. Kathy was professional and asked throughout the process if the pressure was ok. For the "very few" who rated them low, I think for any type of massage you have to go an with idea that it's a very personal experience and that one should be comfortable with your body. I really enjoyed the experience and the deep therapy massage was perfect as the past several months I have had a lot of stress as work. I have booked another session with Kathy and will be seeing her an a few weeks. read more

We were greeted upon entering with sandals and cold water and overall the service was overall really great. The women in the front were very nice and friendly and our masseuses were great. I love this place!! I do acupuncture and I recommend!! I've been doing it for a month and I feel a lot of difference! I used to take sleep pills and headache medicines, I suffered with anxiety problems, when I started doing I quit all medication and I feel much better, Tzu Wen always listen to my healthy concerns and do his best. Had a 90 min swedish massage here tonight. They were very kind to accommodate to late evening request. Shaolin is a masseuse. I have been strength training for 3 months now and needed some good massage to relieve my body of the soreness. Shaolin did a great job . The setting in the studio is very relaxing . I visited Reflexion on August 16 and had a massage from Jade. Not only is she a true professional, but one of the best masseusses I've ever experienced. The pressure was just right and she sensed just where my back, shoulders, neck, cranium, legs and feet needed attention. The only unfortunate part is that she relaxed me so much that I dozed and missed out on at least a bit of the enjoyment of the experience. Amazing! My boyfriend took me here for a couple's massage on Valentines day as a surprise! It was absolutely incredible. Jenny and Christina were awesome, checked in to make sure we were comfortable and I walked out with a clear head and feeling great. Highly recommend going for a massage. My husband has back issues and has needed to get the knots worked out on several occasions. Jade has worked wonders on him and even called to check up after a massage. Facility is nice and neat, with a full bathroom/shower to rinse off afterward. They're always accommodating in getting us in any time of day or even late into the evening. They're very focused on making sure you got the right pressure and were happy with the service vs just doing the typical massage routine -- if I ask to focus on my shoulders, they really do take your requests seriously. They also have a 15 minute and 1/2 hour option for a quick neck/shoulder massage. Its great to work out the tension over lunch break. read more

Mr. Wen did my acupuncture on my frozen shoulder as well as massage and I went back 4 x. I have regained much ROM. Got the pressure exactly how I wanted/needed and hit my tight areas as well. Service is very detailed including the slippers, great ambiance and pre and post hydration.
