I recently got a voucher from an advertising agency. On of their representatives came into my work. My coworkers and I had all asked (multiple times) if there was any additional charges. (which took about two weeks to actually get a hold of somebody) When I talk to a woman on the phone to book my appointment. She said it was "recommended" to get one of the bonuses that are listed on the voucher. I told her I wasn't sure and for now I just wanted the Chemical peel. When I went in today the girl at the front desk told me it's mandatory that I have to pay for an additional service of at least $25. She said multiple people had come in with the same issue. The girl at the front desk called the owner Tania. She told me there was nothing she was going to do that the ad agency had made a mistake. Either I would have to pay the additional cost or call the ad agency to see if they could refund my money. She would not refund my money herself and said it was not her problem to deal with. I asked her where on the voucher it stated I had to pay for something extra. Neither Tania or her her employee could show me where this was stated. I left and will never go back.

I went in for age spots under my eyes and wanted RF needling done. I didn't even think of getting laser because I thought that area would be a no no. Coral suggested Picosure laser on top of RF needling if I wanted. For my first session we did strictly RF needling and she went over my entire face taking out things I couldn't even see. She has these incredible specs with a light attached and she really gets right in there. RF needling isn't a walk in the park but she is constantly making sure I'm feeling alright. Two weeks later was my follow up and I wanted to really get those pesky age spots. I gave her the okay to touch up with the RF needle again and then go forward with Picosure. Picosure can be a bit intense but nothing horrendous or anything. A frozen stone is rolled onto the area to be treated so comfort is of utmost importance! I looked a bit hideous after the treatments but Coral made sure I was well covered up with some mineral makeup. You see, I'm Italian and I don't want to lose my "look". I just wanted a smaller, more refined version of what I was born with. After tons of research, reading lots of reviews and seeing many before/after's on Instagram, I decided to put my trust in Dr. Zakhary. I am beyond thankful I did!!! She made me feel totally seen, heard and understood. She knew exactly what I was looking for and explained the process and what to expect, SO well! I even got a 20-page aftercare booklet that not only had what to expect and a vitamin schedule for before & after surgery, it also had about 2 pages of frequently asked questions that I found soo helpful. Even with ALL that, Dr. Zakhary was only a text away if I had any questions! What I also loved about Dr. Zakhary's approach is how in depth she is with the healing process. She will make you keep a nose cast for 2 weeks whereas some other surgeons only do 1 week. Let me tell you...ITS WORTH IT AND ITS FOR A REASON!!! After 1 week, I had some tape come off the tip of my nose. Dr Z got me to come in that night and took everything off, and re-applied the cast. I looked in the mirror and just about fainted. Fast forward to today (my 2 week follow up) we removed my cast and yeah, I'm a bit swollen but NOTHING I mean NOTHING like at 1 week. Just proves that keeping it on that 1 more week, makes the world of a difference.
