I went here with a friend. She made a reservation by calling in advance. When we got there, they looked completely confused, as I tried to explain to them that we had a reservation. Thankfully, this wasn't an issue and we got right in.There is definitely a language barrier, but they tried hard. My friend ended up getting a thirty minute foot massage and I got a one hour full body massage. My massage was amazing. It was not a relaxing massage by any means.But she definitely got in there and worked out a lot of the tension in my upper shoulders. I was sore for a couple of days after this massage. Started with covered body massage, followed by massage with oiling, then with heated stones, wiped with hot towel. Then face up massage on head and shoulders. At first I was apprehensive because they started massaging me with a towel on, but then after about 10 minutes they removed the towel and continued the massage like normal. They used oil and stones and the massage felt great! We also left behind a bracelet and they kept it for us and we were able to pick it up the next day. I have been coming here for years. I will say the massages are typically good, and the prices are good. However, they are almost always understaffed. Today, I walked in, put my name on the list, a lady came by asked what I wanted, brought me water, told me to wait, so I waited over 30 minutes for another lady to then come out and told me they are already booked for the day for at least another 2 hours. That would've been nice to know BEFORE I waited almost 40 minutes. read more

Love, love, love this place! I have been here 3-4 times and only had to wait once-for like 5 minutes. I could walk to it, so super convenient, and they have late hours for those who work different shifts/days. Compared to my little-medium pressure requests for massages at massage spas and salons, this place managed to use hard pressure without making me want to cry. Some was uncomfortable, but I asked them for little-medium pressure unless they found a knot or something that needed to be worked on with harder pressure. They really get in there. You have a sheet on over your clothes too. I highly recommend everything they offer from body to foot acupressure, to the foot detox. They have packages of services, or individual treatments. It's not expensive and they take off more of the price if you combine and I believe when you pay cash. It's very quiet, save for one visit where the guy next to me who fell asleep and was snoring - lol. Give it a shot! I'm shocked at the other low rated reviews. We got a Groupon for a massage and booked it. We went to get the massage which was great. Then we went to leave as we already paid on Groupon. The guy says they are under new management and no longer take Groupon. They asked us to cancel the Groupon and to get our money back which was very hard to do on a Sunday.After 30 minutes of trying to do that we got it canceled and paid with a card. Then they charged us 2 dollars for using the card. Then had the nerve to ask us for a tip after all that ...so rude.. read more

The first time I went to this place I had a groupon, and like one of the other reviews, I remember they wanted the bar code, but we figured it out. I have just gone back for my 3rd visit and I still enjoy it. I like that you can divide your massage between foot reflexology on large armchairs and body or chair work and ask to divide the minutes the way you want. Yes, it is an open space with booths, but the massages are acupressure based and you do not have to undress. It is quiet, very clean and relaxing. In all fairness, the family who runs the business is Asian (Chinese I think) so they are not masters of the English language and of American business style, but if you keep an open mind and tell them what you want (when you sign in you can tell them the level of pressure you need), you will get a very decent, relaxing massage that targets knots in your body. Again, it is acupressure more than typically Swedish massage with long strokes. So if you prefer that and the privacy of a secluded room, clearly it is not for you. I like to alternate my massage styles so they are not the only place I go, but I do find myself going back to Reflexology Oasis. They are worth a try! read more

Tried this place because I had a Groupon as well! When you get your Groupon confirmation, you have to open the voucher in your email to access the barcode. My worker had some trouble at first I think she was still adjusting to confirming the Groupon process, but I was patient and she ended up just taking a picture of my barcode. Got started within 5 minutes and had a great massage! Please be patient as English is not their first language. It makes me mad seeing other people inconvenienced by a language barrier. I have high respect for anyone in the states that is working while learning English. Can you imagine moving to China and working without knowing the language well? It takes so much courage. Aside from my rant, my massage was the perfect pressure and I think the inside is a really cute design. If you want more privacy, do some research on what the shop offers before you commit to getting a massage you won't enjoy. Unique things about my massage: my lady got deep into my piriformis muscle, which was amazing because i have lower back stiffness.
