On my first visit, I was given an amazing relaxing massage by Jeremiah and Dr. Garay went in depth about ongoing issues I am experiencing. (I had no idea these issues where going on! Dr. Garay explained why I have been experiencing aches in pains throughout my back and knees.) During my second visit, Brandon, Alfonso, and Dr. Sanchez addressed these issues in a more therapeutic approach. This visit made me realize how important and serious my health should be taken. Amazing team at @reformchiropractic! I finally found a spot to relieve me from my lower back pain. I struggled for over two years with crazy pain and the inability to exercise and push myself, physically. It got to the point where I couldn't even get a good night's rest. Oh man this place is great!! Needed a massage so bad after working from home. Came in for consult, Dr was super informative and told me this is not a spa massage. I was still for it because i didn't want the softness I really wanted the knots out. He kept saying there will be discomfort through out quick exam and xray. He was right! Lol it hurt so good! Alot of discomfort however the massage therapist was talking me through it but he got all knots. Then it's like a Disneyland for your back because they have all these cool machines for compression, cryotherapy and massage therapy. I walked out feeling like I was in my 20s again! I have been coming to Reform for about 3 years now. I still remember the first time I walked in, with a herniated disc (L5-S1) which I'm sure everyone is familiar with, I walked in barely walking, I could not stand straight, I talked to the doctor, how it happened, what type of work I do, etc. I wasn't supposed to get any kind of treatment yet but he saw me really struggling and he did a light adjustment, I instantly felt better but the pain was still there. I started doing therapy with Brandon, also doing adjustments and massages, at home I was stretching and doing the workouts Brandon gave me. I was back to my normal life in about 45 days. I am an athlete so I am very careful with my body and take every measure to be 100% all the time. Even tho I'm good now, I have an adjustment every 2-3 weeks. I recommend this place 110%. read more

I've been going to Dominic and Erik for a little over 2 months and I can honestly say I recommend this place. My favorite thing about this place is the fact that they have movies and music playing. The movies differ on the genres but I LOVE the selection they choose. They listen to your needs and create the best plan for you. They offer a variety of different service areas. I've gone to this place about three times already and every single time I leave feeling rejuvenated, light, flexible and somehow with a boost of energy it's amazing to say the least. The masseuse that gave me my massages every time is named Marc and I highly recommend you asking for him to be the one who does treatment for you. He knows exactly what he's doing and is very well-versed when explaining to you what you should do in order to not feel a certain pain that you have or certain tightness. He explains how to get rid of it and how to prevent it from getting worse so the next time you go to him there's a lot more progress made so he's not just helping you at the moment but he's leaving you with very useful information on how to prevent future tightness that you might've had before the massage. read more

My first session Xander helped me with win back tecar therapy to promote tissue healing along with instrument of soft tissue therapy and message as tolerated. More of the best recovery equipment Normatec pulse recovery and less not forgotten the cold therapy. My ankle felt amazing I was able to move it more at work due to my job requires lots walking and going up the stairs. Weekly medical massage and adjustment for 6 weeks has improved the quality of my life. I really felt the blood flowing back and circulation going back to my nerves and muscles after the massages.
