Best Dentists and Dental office I've ever been to, and I'm pretty old! FIrst, my first encounter was when I went in to inquire about dentures for my Mom. The receptionist was so nice and welcoming! This, I was to learn, this is the way the entire staff and the dentists are! But Mom had other medical issues to deal with, and I ended up being the first patient from our family. Unfortunately, I am a pain wimp and have had some bad dentists over the years, so even the thought of going stresses me out. Second, my teeth have been crummy since I had braces in junior high. But instead of lecturing me, Dr. Al Douri was compassionate and very gentle in checking out my teeth, which were very sensitive due to an infection. Dr. Al Douri diagnosed a bad molar that would have to be removed, but he also prescribed a prescription toothpaste to try to strengthen my teeth. No dentist has ever done that! Third, for various reasons, no one in my family could drive me for a sedation appointment, so I had to TRY to be brave and have the extraction without sedation. I was stressed out and weepy, but the staff were so kind and understanding! They tried to tell me that Dr. Haron would be able to do the extraction without hurting me. While I didn't believe them - at all - they were right! Fourth, this is the MOST REASONABLY PRICED DENTAL PRACTICE EVER. I've been to a number of dentists in my lifetime, so I feel qualified to give an honest review. Having always grown up with poor quality teeth, at times it's been a real struggle to get the needed care and I'm very happy to say that I feel I've found my long term dental team in Reform Dentistry. Dr. Al-Douri is patient, kind, knowledgeable in his field, and able to put the patient at ease. I have had several procedures done from pulling multiple teeth to filling very large front cavities, they have always done their best to make sure I am as comfortable as possible through all procedures. This is a great office and everyone there always seems happy and ready to get things done so you can get out. This office prides themselves on being in the room almost as soon as you are sat down and you are always called to the back within 10 mins of your appointment time. Dr Baker just changed my entire outlook on "going to the dentist". My whole 24 years of life and I thought getting fillings just hurts no matter what. Never had a dentist believe me when I tell them it takes an absurd amount of lidocaine to numb me up, so I just expect pain. This was my first visit to Reform. I was was welcomed by the friendly receptionists immediately upon my arrival. My x-rays were taken by a very nice, professional dental assistant. I met the dentist who was very nice and professional. My dental hygienist was a rock star. She made me feel so comfortable and well cared for.
