On January 24, 2025 my insurance company dropped me starting the roof needs to be replaced. Kim, lined up the septic inspection and well inspection and showed up to both. I was the seller for both properties and when the appraiser came out to appraise the home, Kim met him at the home both times. The weather was 4 degrees and both homes were rural and she still came and made sure the appraisal came in at contract price. My home had no business appraising for what it did, but I truly believe Kim meeting the appraiser at the home made the difference.
