Back in august of 2023 my boyfriend took his truck here for a bcm fix and they kept his truck for a month. Lady I was in contact with on the phone was rude and not very helpful. After receiving the truck his shifter is messed up, ac no longer works, and the stereo no longer works. By that time it was too late to take it back because it was an after service issue. Granted they took money off for keeping the truck so long, however, what is the point if you cause more damage. We will never be back. Horrible communication, work service, and customer service. Would give them more if it had more stars they have a big waiting area with ac several tire changing station only waited 5 minutes for them to start working on my van and they even have their own food truck right outside I sure recommend it of course they charge per tire size mine were 2256016. read more

This place came to our aid when our tire shredded driving home from Ft. Worth. They're open till 6:30 on Saturdays, which already makes them gold in my book. BUT, they also quickly replaced our tire, they were very nice, and didn't try to convince us that we needed more services to inflate the bill. My husband asked if they could replace the other front tire as well, since it was on his to-do list for after we returned home anyway. They replaced both tires for $106 total, including balancing both tires, and a 30-day warranty. They brought the tires to my husband to approve before they put them on the car and he says they really look brand new! I had 4 tires replaced on my car here and they were all in great shape. The tread on the tires looked brand new. The tires were used that I had them install but you couldn't even tell. I was going to buy some cheapo tires from Pepboys but I wound up getting some Pirellis instead which are top of the line. I no longer to have ride around on the bald slicks that I had on my Subaru. They were pretty busy when I arrived but worth the wait for the product and serviceI received. I will recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Great prices and great staff. Luis made sure I got the best tires he had, made sure I was happy with them and was never rude. Lupita at the front desk was very helpful with prices and sizes as well as never making me feel rushed or obligated to buy. Have purchased two sets of tires from them now and have saved a ton of money. Don't go anywhere else before you go to Refugio's. Fast, they got us right in and put two brand new (looking) tires on for less than the cost of one and in less than 20 minutes.There is some confusion about their address (the one listed and where they are now) but if you take exit 32 off I-35 they are about 1/2 a mile down on the service road. I noticed right off like o was being treated like an outsider for not speaking Spanish they intended on charging me $350 for truck tires with 50 percent wear after finding tires the staff kept moving customers around me and you have to wait in 100 degree sun , I have been going here 10 years and this is been happening for the last 3 , if you go here you must insist on dealing with JR the owners son, I personally recommend their uncles shop halfway between Mansfeild and Burleson on 1187 they are super fast courteous about $50 more but the tires are like new and they have Ac and no wait or prejudice read more

A few weeks ago i bought my daughter a set of tires all went well, yesterday my daughter was driving home on a county road and 1 tire blew out for no apparent reason , she took it to a local tire shop in Alvarado that is were she lives and after removing the tire they found that it had a side wall patch that had failed (not good no one patches a side wall) as a matter a fact the tire repair shop would not do it.Today I called them and they informed me that they do it all the time and did not even offer to make it right? What would of happened if she was on the freeway going 70 miles per hour with my 3 grand daughters, thats just not right obviously they do not care about your safety I will never go back to a place that puts sales above safety. If you ever decide to buy tires here I would inspect them first inside and out so one of your loved ones is not driving around on a tire that may blow out at any time.
