I had an interesting experience. Let me tell you about it. I called and asked if, I could drop off my SUV. He said, they are already full. He offered to get me in at 8am or in the afternoon the next day. I said, I'd be there in the afternoon. I went up there and he said, they were full, then another guy said , they were full too. So, that left me w the impression they didn't want to do it that day. I decided, I wouldn't push it but, I did let one of the guys know. He told me to come back at 3ish. I did and he wasn't there but the other guy took care of it. There was one other car ahead of me and then he said , he would get to my vehicle and it would take 45m. He timed it perfectly. I was thankful about his honesty regarding wait time and completing the Oil Change in 45. The waiting room is small with a few chairs inside and is not that cool. It may be because it's a window ac. Also,They have not paid their Netflix account so, you can't watch Netflix but they have Tubi and Roku. There was a Nigerian lady talking on speaker phone and another guy complaining about how he should have been informed about the services before being charged. I agree w him. I brought it to the service advisor's attention that, I may not need an Oil change. I just assumed so because, my maintenance light was on. He said, he would check it . I expected him to explain why it needed to be changed or show me but, he didn't? He changed it and I found out, it didn't need to be changed. My oil is changed every 10k miles. I didn't receive a receipt either. I don't know what kind of oil was used, how many qts were used. He also removed my oil reminder stickers wo asking. I wanted those for my records. He also, messed with my dimmer knob so my Control Panel was dim. Ugg, so uncomfortable. The Service Advisor was knowledgeable with Groupon too that's a plus. Their Internet was slow so, I had to go outside to redeem by Groupon. Also, the parking lot is pretty full so space can be tight. The music is cranked up load in the shop too. So, if your ok with this type of atmosphere come here. If, not look elsewhere.

First, this is the second time I've brought my vehicle to them and it has popped up on carfax that they serviced the vehicle with an oil change when they didn't. I had spark plugs changed and it included an oil change that never occurred. This messes up the carfax with bad information and it's not easy to fix. When I mentioned it the first time they asked me to email them about it and acted like they had no idea how it could have happened, but the issue hasn't been fixed and continues to happen. Secondly, I paid these guys nearly $800 to diagnose and fix a cylinder misfire, but less than a week after leaving the shop and the issue is still there. Which tells me that they didn't truly diagnose what was causing it, but instead threw parts at it hoping that it would fix the issue. After I called to let them know that the check engine light came back on and was throwing the same code the answer I received was "it's probably a good idea to sell your vehicle". Are you kidding me? Them taking some responsibility for not fixing my vehicle after I gave them nearly a grand to do so seems like a more appropriate response.

Fortunately for us when we pulled off of I-35 This Car Shop was right there. They were so kind as to put our car up on the lift immediately and two mechanics looked up under our car. You could see where something had impacted our undercarriage in several spots and luckily for us, the impacts were not on any soft or moving parts, but only on hard metal. I was so thrilled and was happy to pay a bill. They would not take any money from me. Now who does that! I am most grateful for the peace of mind that we could continue on our travels without concern. If I lived in the area, I would be happy to take our cars there for service.

Avoid this place. I purchased a Groupon to get an oil change for my Camry due to there being a HUGE…read more(alleged) discount. When I arrived, they claimed that they only have fully synthetic oil (the most expensive) in stock for my very common vehicle and never semi (the most affordable). I had to end up purchasing a NEW Groupon for the most expensive service and on top of that, they charged me an extra $9.41 for "taxes and fees". I contacted Groupon and they confirmed that businesses are NOT allowed to charge any amount of taxes or fees outside of Groupon for the services purchased via their Groupon website. Companies are required to raise their prices on Groupon and NOT unexpectedly charge customers under the table. The guys that work there are very sweet and that's what distracts you from the fact that the company itself has sketchy policies that take advantage of "gullible" customers. There are days where you don't want to cross me or rub me wrong. Today was one of those days. I do not put up with businesses that take advantage of their customers. The only reason I ended up getting serviced there was because I was in a hurry and needed the oil change to be completed immediately as I was about to go on a long drive. If you're on a budget, avoid this place like the plague no matter how good the deal on Groupon. It will end up being the same price (or MORE) than you going to a more reputable and professional company.
