Hi everyone! Today I…read morehad to go into Discount Tire. I had a lead around the valve step of one of my horse trailer tires. When the pulled up at 2:00 it was really busy and I expected a long wait! I waited in line to check in, it was only two people, and Brandon helped me. I told him what was wrong and he asked to see the tire. After he confirmed it was a valve stem issue he took the tire into the service area. I was shocked when he took five minutes and changed the valve stem himself. No fuss. No muss! And most surprising NO CHARGE!! There is no way I could have received better service! Thank you Brandon! I needed 4 new tires they had only 2 new tires to fit my…read morecar told me if I would take 2 used with 80% tread life they would discount them for buying the 2 new tires. Cool sounds perfect, but no while replacing the tires they broke 2 of the center hub cap clips which the guy that was changing my tires was honest and showed that they had to clip them off to put them back on. Wasn't no big deal I can replace them, until I went to pay and they were charging full price for the tires. So then I brought up the discount I was quoted for 2 new and 2 used, the owner then told me I was lying, so I brought up the broken clips. Owner then told me well those was already broke even though I saw them take pliers and clip them off. So once again at that point the owner called me a liar told me not to come back. While the mechanic yelling call the laws then call the laws then... this place is 100% trash and I would not recommend or go back too. Don't trust them at their word and video what they do so they dont scam yall. Gladly will not go back
