The reclining seats were nice and I liked the cool temperature of the theater but that's it. The picture was blurry and fuzzy, not sharp at all. The whites and light colors were blown out and the blacks were closer to medium gray than black. The contrast was set very low and all of this resulted in a very lackluster picture. I guarantee these screens have not been calibrated properly and not for a while if they ever were. The surround sound was also pretty shameful. It seems that they only had front surround sound with little or no sound coming from the sides or rear of the theater and the sub woofers seemed to rumble randomly at times during quiet moments of the film as well as the action sequences. Whoever runs this cinema only cares about money and does not care about the audience or the picture quality. I will not go there again. read more

The theaters and seating are great. The price is astoundingly bad. I would rather regular seats if it meant a reasonable price. The bathrooms are literally falling apart. The upside for us is that it's never been more than 1/4 full when we've been. However, it's hard to justify going there when the Palace and Crystal are nearby and so much cheaper. read more

Charged us for what was supposed to be free as long as you own them "themed bucket & cup." Saying it was only good that day, which would be there normal large policy not the plastic buckets. And ignoring that we used these as recently as last week. Then we had to go have some come in to clean chocolate off our seats. read more

Yes, the theater is inside the mall, is it great? Not really. The first time I cam here you could buy your tickets at the concession stand, but this past time you couldn't and they were sending people downstairs to buy them. Apparently, now you buy them at the customer service desk by the stairway. If you're smart, you can go upstairs and use the automated ticket machine to buy/pick up tickets and it is much faster then waiting downstairs. If you're going to this theater, come early. The line to the concession stand is always long and it always takes them FOREVER to get you your order. I don't know why it takes so long to get popcorn and a soda but it somehow takes twice as long as any other place I have ever been to. It's the closest theater but one of the slowest, as long as you're patient you should be okay. Be early, that's all I'm saying! SIDE NOTE: They will search your bag so don't try and sneak any outside stuff into the theater (or just hide it elsewhere HA). I don't think this is because they are checking for food, I heard Regal was going to start searching bags for weapons more than candy but who knows. read more

This theatre needs some guidance. Opening weekend for one of the biggest movies and the lines are tremendous. Currently 25 in line for tix and wayyy more in the concession line. Where is the management? It's bad enough you now have to choose your seats which takes more time now super understaffed. This is why I prefer to go to the Palace in Corning. They are filthy, have mismatched faucets and soap dispensers, some of the stalls are out of order and the counter tops are filthy. Soap dispensers are routinely out of soap. You manage a public movie theater, the public deserves clean restrooms after paying $13.40 per ticket. read more

Nice new seats but don't like how they do things lately. We had bought tickets for zootopia hour or more ahead. Got there half hour before movie start and theater was PACKED! There were 8 of us. 2 families of 4. not even 2 seats together! Manager came and looked and that was it. Then said you can upgrade to the next show its 3D. Well ok whatever, but to who's cost? OURS!!! Yep, had to pay the extra $4 EACH! Ridiculous!! Fast fwd to today, cooler is not cold. So water is barely cold! Asked for a cup of ice for it and they give me this little tiny single serve 6oz cup with ice no lid. Yea that's suppose to last a 2 hour movie. read more

This movie theater is located upstairs in the Arnot mall. The theaters are always clean and nice. They are nothing amazing but they are not ghetto like some of the theaters in the area. Adult tickets run 10.50 for a normal movie so not cheap. read more

Worst theaters in the history of theaters. Save your money, go elsewhere. Dreadful lines, service, and outdated. So unorganized it's laughable. Stay away, poison!! You will miss your film if you don't get here an hour early. read more

Didn't even wanna add a star but I had to. My friends and I went to go see prodigy and they only had pictures of their id on their phones and they still would not accept it even though they didn't scan my id or anything. They said they needed to verify their age even though the picture literally did so. Won't be going to regal again this place sucks!! read more

Just been to see "fantastic beasts"....at a cost of over $18. Theater was freezing cold, near empty, and the screen had marks and stains on it which were clearly visible even during the movie. What an utter dissapointing experience. I don't think we'll ever return. Why would anyone enjoy sitting there, freezing cold and have to pay for it! As everyone knows plan on spending a small fortune.... The new seats are nice. The concession stand needs more help though. The last several times I've been there there will be 2 people working one standing back a bit "observing" or whatever then a manager doing the same thing. I don't think the manager (larger man with glasses) ever really does anything. If there is a large line open another register and one or both of you standing there help some people! I am one of those people who like to watch the previews and not have to walk into the pitch black theater because even though I got there 20 minutes early I had to spend 25 in line for my $20 popcorn and soda combo. If this weren't the only option to see new releases in my area i would never go. Oh and I recently tried to contact them via phone to ask about an upgrade if I was purchasing advanced tickets from a corporate discounts site. I spent over 30 minutes on hold I emailed them while on hold and eventually hung up. I never heard back. I have since emailed again and still no answer....... If I ever receive a response I'll update but since I'm not please don't hold your breath. read more
