They have also done brakes, air conditioning, etc. for us. He told me my car was totalled but wouldn't give me any details. He then turned to the next person to have a personal discussion in the middle of this. I had to interrupt to ask again for an estimate or any information for that matter. He let his own personal experiences with insurance companies dictate how I was treated. He told me he doesn't need my business and shooed me away like a fly. He also told me that he refuses to call insurance companies back because he feels it's an "insult to his intelligence" on pricing. If you have Progressive, steer clear. I will say his wife, Kathy, who was also working the office at the time, was very nice and helpful and did apologize on his behalf.
