I always get fast service at the front counter (unless a person waits in line and decides at THE LAST MOMENT what they want, then still waits until payment is due to then decide whether to use AMEX.. "Or should I use my Master Card? Jackie, do you have cash?" The seats are clean and comfortable, they seem to have a handle on the volume these days. We came in on one of the busiest weekends of the year and Shawn did a great job helping us at the concession stand. He helped us with app related concerns and walked me through my question and kept calm when there were endless lines. This theatre has the reclining seats (only theatre I know of in the area) The popcorn was fresh and the drinks were great and crisp. Hopefully they'll fix up the blue slushie flavor, as it was out when we visited. Definitely book your tickets online. This theatre sells out often. I've been going to this movie theater since shortly after birth. Lots of lipstick on this pig over the years... The screen was pretty dimly lit which was a little annoying in darker parts of the movie. Also, the bathrooms were pretty disgusting with mold growing everywhere, loose pipes wobbling and leaking when you pushed the flush handle, and 3 out of 4 men's room sinks clogged with standing dark water in them. The 4th had an 'out of order' sign on it. The days of 200 or so seats in a theater are gone and now replaced with stadium riser-style recliners which looked like a good idea in theory, except the motor/button to control mine was intermittent, making get stuck in the 'out' position for most of the movie. Also, the springs/cushion in the seat were way beyond shot, which hurt my tailbone from the half hour mark, onward. It's the only movie place in town, so I guess they figure they don't have to try, but it's probably owned by some private equity group just looking to squeeze as much cash as they can without putting any in anyway. read more

Ok rant time! Let me start by saying Regal makes you choose your seats when you purchase your tickets which I hate and think is stupid to begin with. They are literally the ONLY movie theater to do this even after COVID but anyway- I purchsed tickets to lilo and stitch at Regal online for 430. We arrived at 430 the man who was checking us on did not even bother to look at my phone tickets and sent us in. We sat in the seats I thought we're ours but then someone came said they had those seats. So I go ask the manager (of all people) to help me figure out where to sit. He looked at my tickets and phone and directed us to the right ones. Great. Five minutes later another worker comes to me ask see the the tickets again- I show them he said ok and left. I had to sit in ADA seating my bf and kids sat in regular seats which kinda sucked but we were trying to be flexable. A half hr into the movie my bf texted me saying there was a old woman IN MY 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS FACE SCREAMING AT HER TO MOVE. Jamie tells woman we had managers check them SHE belongs there and told her how pathetic she was for picking and SCREAMING AT A CHILD. Management comes back looks at my tickets AGAIN now they say I am one ticket short and that we had to add one more if wanted to stay. I asked if she could sit in the seat closet to me it had nobody there and the manger confirmed it was an open seat. However They told me no that was strictly ADA and only I was allowed in seats like that. So they wanted me to let my 11 yr old sit next to a total stranger? Especially after how she was just treated by some stranger? DONE. I said far as im concerned - you had THREE separate managers and employees look at the tickets and confirm there was NO issue. That's your problem not mine. A whole 30 minutes into it mind you- then this old bag flies in on her broom thinking she owns the fricken place. Jamie and I demanded a full refund said some choice words to both managers and that snotty old hag who tried to fight with (again).MY 11 YR OLD DAUGHTER and left. They did nothing to the lady who was having a head fit screaming at a child though of course They clearly don't get customer service - however the place we took the boat tour in last weekend in NYC sure did and should give these idiots some lessons on it. They refunded my WHOLE amount without me even asking because we were delayed due to a man's medical emergency. Even asked each person as they got off if we were ok/ good and apologized for it (though they really did not need to) Moral of story- REGAL CINEMAS NEVER EVER AGAIN. EVER. read more

We have a membership to see unlimited movies, so we go regularly and usually have a good time. However, our recent experiences have been terrible. The workers seem like zombies. When you place an order, they act like you have four heads. The customer service is awful. Employees stand around clueless or scroll on their cellphones right in front of their manager (the person checking tickets). If they don't want to work, they shouldn't be there. Overall, they are rude! Once, we paid for a movie, got all our food, and stood outside thinking they were cleaning the theater. Three people saw us standing there and walked right past us, including two managers. They said nothing. Finally, we stopped a manager and asked if the movie was ready. He told us we couldn't go in because there was a leak. We got a refund after we spoke up. It was an unpleasant experience. Regal needs better managers who stay on top of their employees. This is bad business for Regal. read more

It's my childhood movie theater so it a least gets 5 stars for the service it's giving me over the years but a lot of times the workers are rude and I went to the Garfield movie yesterday and I got the Garfield popcorn bucket with strap. They gave me a broken one and didn't compensate me for it. read more

The mall is so slow there isn't a lot a foot traffic and the stores that are in the mall are not ones I would shop in with the exception of Bath and Body Works. The malls interior is dated looks like something from the late 80s or 90's. There are some anchor stores that would draw me there but not bring me inside the mall such as Target and Dicks Sporting Good. I was inside the mall on Satisfaction because I went to the movies. read more

Only 7 screens at this Cinema so unless you're seeing something like a new major studio blockbuster, you won't likely get to catch the arthouse indie film you may be seeking. They renovated all the screens/theaters a while back and they are pretty nice overall, but they can also get really crowded as this is the only non-drive-in theater in Warren County (that I know of). Sometimes you have to buy your tickets at the concession counter and sometimes not. You do reserve your seat when you buy your ticket, which I like. Bathrooms definitely were not renovated when the theaters were and they are in desperate, desperate need of it. For the most part stay away from the bathrooms. Concessions are super overpriced of course and I no longer buy popcorn here at all. I frequent this place a lot, like toooooo much, and the last 3 times I've gotten popcorn it was stale and cold. Awful. Sneak in your own goodies, avoid the bathrooms, and you're all good. read more

We went to go see Toy Story 4 and I was shocked. Granted I haven't been to a movie theatre in a long time, like 2-3 years, this exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the reclining chairs are so comfortable I could nap in them! Anywhere you sit in the theatre is a good view. Lots of room in between the rows too. Some of the screens here are decent size but most are too small with outdated seating and sound systems. This old theater is in serious need of a full renovation! Considering the conditions here, one would expect discounted prices compared to newer or renovated theaters but that's not the case. Screen 2 for example has all of about 12 rows of which only the front 3 or 4 are full rows of about 15 seats each while the rest are only 4 seats on each end with the entire middle of the theater reserved for wheelchairs apparently. read more

This place is super chill. I didn't know they had theaters like this around here. Too bad it's so far from where I live. Nice big comfy recliners with reserved seating and only like 20-30 seats. It's like watching a movie in your house. And the fact that it's small really cuts down the chances that you will be stuck next to some annoying jerk that won't shut up. read more

Some of the girls who sell the tickets look at you like you're from outer space if you ask questions about a theater you're not familiar with. The only one friendly today, June 30, was the older lady with the blond hair. The bathroom smelled like urine. I also noticed that no one comes into the theater like they used to during the movie to check with the light. The prices for concessions are outrageous even for a movie theater, next time I will not buy from the concessions. Almost $20 for a bag of m and m's and two medium drinks. They almost never ask for your regal card and when I presented it, I don't receive any information on how many points I have or what they can be used for. I used to love going here in the past, now not so much. read more

Came in to watch the Joker. First of all, it was a 10/10 film. Absolute masterpiece. But paired with non expensive tickets? Good seats? Delicious popcorn and candy and nice coke? I give this theater a 2 because of the ticket buying process. It takes FOREVER to buy a ticket. Between having to present a loyalty card, or get one while in line, to listening to the rigamarole of explaining to people about choosing your seat,(are people really incapable of choosing their seats once in the theater?) and having to order concessions at the time of ticket purchase, it takes a ridiculous amount of time. The line moves at a snail's pace. Is this really necessary for a weekday matinee with less than 10 people in any given theater? If you don't arrive at the theater with at least 30 minutes to spare, you might miss the beginning of the movie. I go during the week. I can't imagine what it is like on a busy weekend. Once in, it's a very nice, newly renovated theater which is a really comfortable. But getting a ticket will send your BP into outer space. Then there's the added delight of having people come in after the movie starts Probably waiting in line forever to get tickets) to find someone sitting in their seat for whatever reason,and demanding that they move. Today there were 6 or so people in the theater and literally fifty seats available. 50. Why was it necessary to disrupt the first 10 minutes of the movie with fights over seats and people standing up and moving around? Way to go, Regal. This is what I pay money for. Also- the kid with the red light who comes in every 15 minutes to take a swing around the theater is a distraction to the movie. read more

First the good: Enormous and comfortable power reclining seats and a clear bright screen (2D in Theater # 5). The bad: Never heard a peep out of the surround speakers, which I find inexcusable. A minor and very odd quibble - the center seats do not line up with the center of the screen. If I desperately need to see a new release promptly just to avoid spoilers, I'll probably come here again. Otherwise, I'll make it a point to travel twice as far to the IMAX at Crossgates. read more

This is a more or less local theater for us. We have to drive an hour to get to it, but none in our town. The theaters are small, the sound is good. They have specials certain days on their snack bar, which may or may be interesting (like reduced price on popcorn) as the popcorn is not the best anyway. read more

I understand that they have assigned seating. Which I think is extremely dumb. My husband and I went out to see a movie here and they had 4 different seats available for the movie we wanted to see but they were all in different parts of the theater. So great I get to see the movie but I don't get to sit next to my husband? Needless to say they lost our money tonight. This movie theater has been updated with cushy seats that fully recline. That, plus assigned seats makes going to the movies a dream! I do recommend buying tickets ahead of time so you can choose your own seats. The staff is always polite and pleasant. Highly recommend! read more

So last Monday, I had gone to the movies with my girlfriend to see the call at the Regal Cinemas in Queensbury. It has been a convenient spot to go to the movies that is close to the area. Anyways we have gone there many times but this one recent time when we went there I was surprising upset with the service and how one employee acted. To begin with the fact that it was late at night and it was not busy at all though it felt as if we were waiting at a movie that had just released. Then after we had finally gotten our tickets we found a seat. After about an hour into the movie we then saw that what I believe was the manager of that cinema, she came in and stood in the aisle completely in our line of view and we couldn't even enjoy parts of the movie because of their presence. So as time goes on she leaves and to add to it the door to that theater would make a loud noise every time it went to close and it made it worse because the manager proceeded to come in and out several more times and mad the door distract us from the movie as well. Though there is usually good service I was just surprised at this one visit and hope that it doesn't happen again but I will saw that this cinemas is overall a good place to go. read more
