Then I gave CharacterBooking a try. While they still work completely online, they did get back to me. Particularly the Princess Leia Character we booked was amazing and exceeded our expectations. She texted us a couple of days before the event to confirm plans. She was on time, amazing with the kiddos, knew her Star Wars facts and stayed in character the entire time. I was completely impressed with her ability to entertain and maintain control of our 18 kiddos. I highly recommend her!! I would use this company again. While stressful to not know what to expect until the final days, they were easy to work with, and returned my messages in a timely manner.

Everyone told us this was the best party they've been to, and my daughter was begging for them to come back after they left! They also seemed to be experts in corralling little kids, helping to keep a few unruly ones in line while keeping the fun atmosphere and engaging all of them in games, hair glitter, story time, singing - they were amazing at reading the room. We were able to coordinate a cake pickup, plus 10- minute performance through Acme. The process only took a few days and went off pretty well.
