I ended up having a question almost immediately after submitting my online request, gave them a call, and they had already started processing my request. Service was super friendly and quick, and I was able to pick up my last minute rental a few days later. When picking up my rental, their staff loaded up my truck for me, which I wasn't expecting! It was super generous of them, and I was so grateful I didn't have to load everything up by myself. The table rentals here are wooden tables, so they're pretty heavy for one person to lift on their own and I was grateful I didn't have to load and unload them alone when picking up/dropping off the rentals. Pick up/drop off was super smooth as well. There's great signage and you just pull around to the side of the building and check in, and they load up the car. I had to book the same rental for a couple weeks later, and when I dropped off the equipment I was able to book with their team on site. Super friendly and helpful staff! I don't believe these are the cheapest rentals in town, but they're affordable and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I'll list everything that went wrong: A few days before the event, I was told we could rent white umbrellas. I said ok - I'll take white. Then later I was told the white umbrellas were unavailable. I picked tan. Now fast forward to day of pickup: 10-20 minutes before our set pickup time, I'm told the tan umbrellas are dirty. I can choose navy? Ok. I guess we'll go with navy. During this conversation, I was also told the pickup location changed AND the event coordinators were running late. Also a few days before the event Cass asked me if I wanted to pick up instead of having them delivered. We are coming from out of town, so it was difficult to arrange pickup. However, we made it happen with another family member. I asked multiple times when I would get a refund because I paid in full a long time ago. I finally got my refund, but come to find out when looking at the quote that there's a fee for us to pick up. I wish she had told me that on the phone. Would have been nice to know. I have tons of texts and transcribed voicemails for anyone that would like to see. There were problems from the start even beyond what I've listed. I told Cass yesterday I was extremely disappointed with this experience. I regret it completely. I asked for a discount since we ended up with umbrellas we didn't order. I have not received a discount. Super unprofessional company. All communication was difficult. I felt unimportant for sure. I would never rent from this company again.

David was kind on the phone and setting it up was easy. the day of the event June 6, 2026 - I received no call and no show with the tables. i called, emailed and text. no one still has responded. we had no where to sit for my sons graduation bbq and no set up table. A graduation party is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and this company's failure to deliver left our family scrambling on a day we should have been focused on celebrating our son.

We were thrown quite a curve ball the day of my wedding in that due to a completely unforeseeable situation, our venue became unavailable. I work as a project manager and can admit I am a very hands-on and organized person. I originally did not plan to hire any additional planning or coordinating services but finally decided an extra pair of hands would be helpful. Even if everything had gone according to plan, Roberta & Shelby were SO much more than just the extra pair of hands I thought I needed. There was no way any of us could have predicted the last minute venue change, but Roberta & Shelby handled it flawlessly. Without them, no amount of my organization or planning could have pulled off our wedding the way they did. Roberta was incredibly professional. She notified me early on of the changes, but only after she had time to begin working out a new action plan. I appreciated being kept in the loop, but also appreciated that she didn't call me the second the news broke...informing me of problems without potential solutions to offer would have been extra stress I didn't need in that moment. Roberta & Shelby were also absolutely in sync with Park City Resort and all of my other vendors. The communication and coordination was excellent. Because they had both taken the time to get to know me and understand my vision in the weeks leading up to the wedding, they did an amazing job of recreating our decor in a new venue space. Everything was exactly how I would have liked to see it, even though I wasn't available to provide any input. The planning leading up to our wedding was also perfectly executed. Roberta & Shelby asked the right questions, ran with my ideas, and prompted me to think about different approaches when appropriate. Roberta & Shelby are both extremely capable and professional, but what makes them stand a part from other professionals in your field is how genuine they are. They genuinely wanted to make this wedding my dream wedding, and they went above and beyond at every turn. Roberta even offered to hold our guest's baby during dinner so the couple could enjoy their meal. Although this wasn't something I saw, at least 20 of my guests did notice and made a point to tell me how amazing the Hoopes team was! That's exactly the kind of detail only a person genuinely committed to delivering an above and beyond experience would even think to do. My husband (!) and I are blown away by the HOOPES team.
