Very clean movie theatre. The only downfall is it being in an outlet, so parking is never quick, but at least this helps keep it in business. I'm a regal member, so ordering through the app is easy, as is redeeming vouchers. The standard seating is great - reclining seats, a table and multiple cups holders! My kids really liked the comfort of the seats. The whole place is very clean with well stocked bathrooms. Although this won't be our go-to movie theatre because it's well out of our way, we are glad to have stopped here. read more

Our visit to the 4D cinema in Deer Park to see The Mario movie turned out to be one of those unforgettable group experiences that we're still laughing about. There were 11 of us, which already made it feel like an event, full of energy, excitement, and a lot of curiosity about what a 4D movie would actually feel like. From the moment we walked in, there was a buzz in the air. None of us really knew what to expect beyond moving seats and special effects, so the anticipation kept building. Like any movie outing, we stopped for snacks, because you can't go to movies without snacks, but wow, they were definitely on the pricey side. Still, we went for it, thinking it would complete our experience. Once the movie started, everything changed. The seats began moving, jolting, and vibrating along with the action, and suddenly it felt like we were part of the movie rather than just watching it. Air bursts, water sprays, and all the unexpected effects made it so exciting, but also a little intense. That's when things got interesting for me and my daughter. About halfway through, we both started feeling a bit of motion sickness . It wasn't anything too bad, but definitely enough to make us sit back and try to steady ourselves while everyone else was still reacting to the action. It became one of those moments where you're half-laughing, but still enjoying the experience. Meanwhile, the whole group was dealing with an entirely different struggle with our snacks. With all the movement, holding onto popcorn and drinks turned into a challenge. Popcorn was flying everywhere, sodas were spilling, and every sudden motion made it worse. At one point, it felt like people were more focused on saving their snacks than watching the movie. The next roll over lost all their popcorn . Honestly, it was hilarious. Even while trying to manage the motion sickness, I couldn't help but laugh at the chaos around us. It quickly became clear: 4D movies and snacks do NOT mix. By the time we walked out, we were all still laughing and talking about everything that happened. It wasn't just the movie, it was the whole experience, from the motion effects to the unexpected moments and the shared laughs. Overall, it was such a fun and memorable outing. Next time, though, we'll definitely go in a little wiser, maybe skip the snacks... and I might think twice before sitting through all that motion again! Lol Absolutely not! I came here last night with my family for a 7PM showing of Pixar's Hoppers and it was great (both the movie and theater)! I booked the RPX showing (Theater 10) through their direct website which was glitchy at times. At one point, I kept getting error messages when I was trying to view the available seats and literally nothing would show for any movie. I eventually figured it out and was able to purchase tickets. If you book via their website (make sure you choose the correct location), after checking out they will email you the confirmation which I actually loaded into my Google Wallet app. There was no need to print anything out. There was plenty of free parking as this theater is located inside Tanger Outlets. I was surprised there was no actual staff at the ticket booth (I haven't been to a movie theater in 5+ years!) and just self service kiosks. I was thinking of switching our seats because upon checking the website before arriving, it was showing better seats had opened up. However, I didn't find an option to change seats so I just inputted my code into the kiosk and printed out my tickets. Once you enter the main lobby, the bathrooms are to your right, there are some video games to your left and the center is the concession stand. The concession stand has your typical expensive food and drink items. The line did move kind of slow so keep that in mind and arrive 10-15 minutes before your showing if purchasing food and drinks. After that, the entrance to the different theaters was to the right. The staff member that took our tickets was very nice and told us which direction our theater was. Theater 10 was pretty big, spacious and very clean. The seats (some sort of leathery material) were very comfortable and had a switch you could adjust to recline. Each chair also had a swingable table and cup holder attached. Our seats were off center, right behind the handicapped row but it actually wasn't bad. There was plenty of leg room which I loved. I think even sitting a little higher up would have been good, if not maybe a little better but no complaints! I thought there would have been 15 minutes of previews but it was like 30 minutes of previews/ads. Is that the norm now? Overall though, I had a good experience at this theater and would return in the future. read more

I recently went to see a movie here after last being here a few years ago. The location is convenient- it's at the Tanger Outlets, but since it is the outlets it can be difficult to find parking. The seats are leather and at least in the theater I was in did not recline. If you're coming in a Friday or Saturday night I would highly recommend giving yourself plenty of time for concessions as it's quite slow. There are two lines- one for people that ordered ahead and one for those that don't- that's the line where you have to go through memorabilia they have for purchase. Please understand this and the signage isn't very clear and some people ended up on the wrong line! read more

First off- movie was great. But lord have MERCY on this theatre. Upon entry I am hit by the un fathomable wall of stench of marijuana, topped off with dollar store perfume. My son asked me "Mommy, why does it smell like febreeze and a dog park?" On my son's 7th birthday I had to explain to him what that odor was, on top of the excruciating smell of pariphanelia. No mother should need to do that. God bless. The whole movie I was on the verge of throwing up my dinner. Large popcorn? Wasted. Large Coke? Wasted. Thanks to DRUGS and bad perfume!!!!!! I assume it must be the area... I really didn't know this place was a JUNGLE GYM. I will be keeping myself and my child at a more accommodating place to people with children and families. read more

Theater is in the tanger outlets. It was easy to find for me. They had plenty of lines open for concessions. Popcorn and soda was yummy. However, the women's bathroom in particular was absolutely disgusting. Toilet water overflowing onto the floor. It smelt horrible in there and it all got worse as the night went on. We had tickets that said 3 PM. By 3:15 we were concerned & I asked other people in the audience & someone said it had been changed to 3:15. Why had no one told us of the change? Also the theater was freezing. We sat in our coats for the entire 3 hours of the movie. This was the production of Merrily We Roll Along via Fathom Events, & they change more for their movies so it was especially annoying. read more

Once you are in your seat, the movie experience is fine. Seats are comfortable. Great theater for 4DX. However, getting concessions took forever (over 40 minutes). It is like an advertisement for Netflix or Amazon Prime. They have to do better with the getting popcorn and a soda to see a movie. read more

The IMAX Theater is pretty kool went with my husband and we both enjoy the seating section. Plus it was close to home and we wanted to do a movie date night. However, speaking in regard to the concession stand it was horrible. They had no hot food (pretzels etc....) and the popcorn was nothing to be thrilled over. This is why people bring their own goodies with them and theaters tired to stop that. Do betta and people wouldn't have to buy else where to enjoy a movie. I'm just saying..... read more

I'm here watching the new Trolls movie and the theater is freezing. I politely asked the staff if they can turn the air off as it's 30 degrees outside. I was told there's nothing they can do. Saw an IMAX movie there a few days ago. While the seats, sound, and screen itself were fine, there were 2 huge IMAX lighted "signs" in view on both sides of the front theater walls that were in constant view in my peripheral vision for the entire film. Why? It's obvious that it's an IMAX screen in an IMAX theater. This completely ruined the experience and I won't return to Deer Park to see an IMAX movie until they post that this has been eliminated. read more

35 minutes plus to order food on the concession line here. Horrible service and this is how movie theaters make their money!
