Great Theatre with great seats you lean back relax don't get too comfortable cause you might fall asleep. Michael Jackson movie was nice that it was clean. The sound system was good. The screen was well. There was amazing event had a little bit of popcorn. I messed up because I got the small if I would've paid a dollar extra would've got a large. Came here for the first time last weekend to check out the latest blockbuster. Great movie theater! It was a solid night out. Tucked away on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown, NY, it's super convenient for Long Islanders, with plenty of parking and easy access from the LIE. The star of the show? Those plush, power-recliner seats with assigned spots. These are pure bliss for sinking into during a two-hour flick. The sound system is top-notch; every explosion and whisper hits just right, making you feel fully immersed without the echoey mess I've dealt with at other spots. The dine in concept is also very unique. You order at the counter, grab your spot, and servers deliver straight to your row. No more fumbling in the dark or missing plot twists for a snack run. They have the American dine-in experience when it comes to food. There are burgers, pizza, and chicken wings. We just did the popcorn this time but wouldn't be against trying the other stuff the next time we come. All in all, not a bad spot for a go-to movie theater if you live around the area. read more

A Sunday morning movie - I have not done that ever or maybe not in a long time , and I enjoyed it. Theatre not too crowded. I was expecting a dinner and a movie experience similar to the ones I go to in Brooklyn and Manhattan but it was different. Smaller menu, and I was able to order at the register and they bring it to your seat. Make sure you know your seat ! I really enjoyed the variety platter it was perfect, the tater tots STILL CRUNCHY after they got cold. That's A-plus to me ! Soda machines ran out of flavors pretty quick tho. My first time here and I'll definitely be back. They are on the corner of a big strip mall area. There's plenty of parking though. They have kiosks as well as counters if you have pre paid for your ticket, otherwise you can just scan and go thru. The concessions area is right past that and they have hot dogs, popcorn, candy soda as well as full meals and sides. You can have everything delivered to your seat as well. There's also a separate bar as well for the adult beverages. I didn't partake in the food so I can't comment but it did smell pretty good. Plenty of theaters and the theaters themselves aren't too big which is nice. The seats are recliners with a table that swings where you want it. Great place to see a movie. read more

It was the last place we ent to because most of the tickets for One Of them Days were sold out in the theaters we went to on a Saturday. My cousin and I been here before to watch Black Panther and it is still the same issues now as in before. Smh. The lines for the food was long. They ran out of popcorn and we had to wait and got most burn kernels. The seats were a bit broken where it couldn't close all the way. Smh. Went to see wicked for early premiere when we got there it was a little busy movie was amazing they showed they were giving a tee shirt and snow globe for early access but when asked about it they said they never received it my daughters and I were very upset about not receiving it that was the whole reason for going for the premiere if they aren't going to give stuff away don't get people excited and be let down read more

Not a bad theater, I've been to worse. In this location, it's worth buy the a-list premier membership because the lines can get extremely long in the front for food - you'll be waiting 15-25 minutes in line for one popcorn so choose wisely! The theaters are normally clean and I've never experienced a problem, some of the theaters are absolutely massive so if you have trouble seeing, remember to bring your glasses and choose seats must closer to the front. I recommend rows 5-7 from the front row as the the perfect seats. read more

Drove 30 mins to go to this AMC because the seats are nice, however, the service was so slow. I wanted to get a drink. As an AMC Stubs Premiere Member, I got on that line, which is supposed to be faster. They took 4 people from the regular line before our line moved once. There was only one cashier working there on a Sunday when majority of the seats were full for the movie. There needs to be more staff and they need to have more training. I ordered a regular-size soft drink and was charged for a large. One of the stubs members' perks is a few size upgrades for drinks, so I was not happy about this. What is the point in paying for a membership when I can't use the perk? My boyfriend ordered a milkshake and it was 30-40 mins into the movie before he received his drink. This AMC location needs to hire more staff so that the service can be better. read more

This theater is not that bad, they have friendly staff, it's pretty clean and a lot of food options! They even bring the food to your seat which a lot of other theaters don't offer. The seats however feel smaller compared to other AMC theaters. It's still recliner seats but smaller. The seats do have trays on them for your food which is a plus!But it's still a good theater to see a movie in! Also their tater tots are so good! But don't order their pretzel bites because they will skimp you on the portion size lol read more

I Come to this AMC anytime I want to go to see a movie with a higher quality experience. Recently Saw Spider Man: Across the spider verse, and Colorful stage: A Miku Who cant sing. I enjoy the inside of the theaters, nice chairs, big screens, my main issue is the concessions, I went to get a snack halfway through, and there was ONE staff member working, and he was being incredibly slow, no shade to him, but I didn't really wanna miss the movie. Also, for some reason, this AMC NEVER gets any collectible stuff. Spider Man? nothing. Minecraft Movie? NOTHING (Went for a party). Im going to see Hamilton tomorrow, so I hope they have the exclusive drink cup listed on the site. read more

I wanted to try a dine-in AMC and it's like 40 minutes away. When ordering tickets , you get to order the food and schedule a time to bring the food to your seat. I watched Sing 2 at 9:10 pm and ordered the food to be delivered at 9:20 pm. I was a little worried that they forgot the order. It was 9:40 pm and the movie already started and the food arrived without any napkins or utensils. We ordered: -chocolate milkshake -pizza -bacon brie burger with loaded tots We obviously needed a straw, forks and napkins in order to eat. Since the milkshake did not come with a lid it spilled on me. So we had to go out of the movie to get the items to eat and missed parts of the movie. I wouldn't go back here since my dine in experience was horrible. I could've ordered myself and picked up the food if that was the case. read more

First time being here in a long time, and was very glad to see a lot of the updates. The new seating with reclining seats and trays (for if you get any food, which you can even order to your seat) which is a nicely added comfort for the movie experience. Felt like the picture quality might have been a little lacking in comparison, but that could also have just been the film itself so I won't pass judgment too quick. Plenty of parking in the big lot nearby, and staff were friendly and quick to get people served even when it was relatively crowded on a Friday night. read more

They cannot handle a line for concessions and rather than trying to serve people they have a fast track line that ignores 90% of the theatergoers. The reason we even had to deal with this line in the first place is that they turn off the ability to order from the seats well in advance of the movie itself starting. No, not one singular location but multiple in NJ. Maybe that's a sign to stick to my hometown --NYC. Ironically enough, we used guest re-admit passes to watch another movie at at this theatre. Something is bound to go wrong, it never fails. We arrived 15 minutes early for a 5:30pm showing of Avatar: The Way of Water, to order refreshments without missing the upcoming movie trailers. 1. Of the seven options for sandwiches or burgers, you could only order the chipotle chicken melt. Welp, no western BBQ burger for me or a classic cheeseburger for my son. Thankfully, there were entrees like the artisan caprese flatbreads, chicken tenders, chicken quesadillas, as well as two of the three plant-based options. 2. The bartender was not arriving until 6pm. 3. They forgot the churros from our order and did not add a second order of wings. PROS 1. The extreme chocolate double decker shake was perfect. 2. When we mentioned the missing item from our order, an employee first verified it with the kitchen staff before presenting us with two options. Glad the theater finally re-opened after 7 months due to COVID pandemic...re-opened on 10/21/20 with limited capacity, masks required for everyone, social distancing and enhanced cleaning measures. Reminders posted outside each theater. Masks are required at all times except eating and drinking - mask up! There are buckets of disinfectant wipes when you enter and outside each theater. Would recommend to clean your seats with it in case...even though the staff does clean up after each movie seating. There is limited seating capacity (40% or less per theater) and social distancing is enforced when seats are purchased...seats blocked. Reclining seats help with the distancing between rows. Note: Alcohol purchases can only be made if food is purchased. Staff is friendly and helpful - when you purchase beverages, they will fill it for you - no self service to help keep it clean. Restrooms are clean - but think they should have paper towels vs the hand dryers (not sure if they were active as I used paper towel to dry hands). Theater opens about 30 mins before the first showtime....so plan wisely. AMC app works to see seating availability for the movies. Early/First show is 30% off for now... enjoy the movies! read more

Really, really bad experience. I had to get up to go the concessions stand twice because our food took so long to be sent over. I had to bring the food we ordered in myself. They were behind on orders. The film had started and was a half hour in. Also this crazy usher was sweeping over everyone's feet when I went to the condiment stand. I've gone here a few times. The place is nice especially since the remodeling. The only problem is that the staff moves a bit slow. Two of our dishes that were supposed to be delivered to our seats, we had to go get it ourselves. One due to the fact they put the wrong name. They also sell alcohol too if you want to drink during the movie. They have ample parking and it is in a major shopping mall. Just wish the concession stand lines moved faster. read more

After the remodel, I really enjoyed it. The staff was attentive, environment was nice. Unfortunately, they have begun to go back to the pre remodel way. Lately, nobody to scan tickets. If you order food to your seat, you pay a service fee, yet the food is getting to you later and later.. I could have ordered and stayed in line. Right now, I am in a pitch black theatre, the movie starts in 2 minutes. I have verified twice this is the correct theatre, and expressed my issue. I literally can't see my hand in front of me. There are non AMC options. It kills me to say it, but it might be time to move on. read more

My daughter and I purchased tickets via the Atom app to see Dune at the AMC Theatre in Levittown. We went on a Friday Afternoon, was not crowded since it was the afternoon and the movie was out for a while. Upon entering we were greeted and they scanned our tickets and directed us to the theatre. When we arrive there were empty containers on our seats and a mess on the floor. We had to ask several times for them to clean it up. I would think after a showing the staff would go in a clean up any garbage left behind. It would be nice if people would clean up after themselves, but in some cases I guess that would be too much to ask. Once it was cleaned up we sat down and waited for the movie to start. Many seats were ripped and worn, needed to be redone. They were somewhat comfortable though and did recline. The sound and the move was very good. Hopefully they will get better once more people will be back in theatres. read more

I normally avoid this theater due to the lack of cleanliness and it's still that way. I was really disappointed when we waited on priority line to place a food order and they did not call a single Priority member for over 10 minutes. I asked a staff member for help and a worker proceeded to make it like she was taking the priority line when they served 5-6 different customers ahead of us before taking one of us from the priority line. My party was 9 people and we booked tickets in advance and show up to our theater and it says we are in the entire handicapped row. We had to go and get staff to help us with our seats. They changed our theater to a smaller one and that's what screwed up our row. The recliner was broken and seats were pealing and dirty/sticky from the movie before us. I truly hate leaving bad reviews but I will not be going back to this AMC or any AMC theaters in the future. read more

Recently came here for the first time and had a great time! The process of purchasing tickets was super easy and quick to do. The theater itself was fairly clean and the employees were polite and respectful. I enjoyed the layout of the seats and that they could recline. There's a good amount of space between the seats and sections, and I think it's a nice spot to sit cuddly and close during a movie night. I will say that the seats were uncomfortable after a while so just keep that in mind if you see a long movie at this location. Can't wait to come back soon nonetheless. read more
