Just finished off having Korean BBQ at I Pot and decided to catch a movie in town-- Mortal Kombat II I thought Puente Hills Mall in Hacienda Heights California was dead, the mall I grew up next door to, the one where they shot Back to the Future.....but I'm guessing it's a national wide thing now...dead malls. I've been going to this movie theater off and on for a while now, mostly whenever celebration cinema didn't have a movie that regal did or just when Regal had better times for me compared to Celebration, but that changed when my Mother and I were able to snag tickets to see a preview screening of Superman (2025) at Regal where I was able to snag a popcorn bucket and cup! Ever since then I've been coming back more and more to this location due to the nice employees, atmosphere, and of course good popcorn and drink selection! I even liked coming here so much I even ended up buying Regal Unlimited for 6 months because I always enjoy myself here! Definitely coming here for the foreseeable future!! read more

There's some good and some bad. I think the concessions are pretty expensive for what they are, the concessions staff wasn't very aware or attentive, and the theater I was in was dirty (despite many employees standing around in the lobby?). The theater as a whole was pretty empty, if that's something you're looking for, then that's a plus. The actual lobby was very clean and everything was stocked. Due to the staff's behavior, the concession prices, and the cleanliness of the theater, I don't think i'll be returning. Unfortunate that the is the closest big theater. read more

I went to see a big ticket movie here in their premier theater. It was SO EMPTY. On opening weekend for this movie. If you don't like people around you at the theater this is the spot for you. I couldn't believe it. It was expensive, and I felt like for what we were experiencing, too expensive. read more

The staff is very professional and nice. The theater is always clean and organized. Any time there very rude people in theater who like to talk and disrupt the movie, the staff are very quick to get them out, so others may enjoy their movie. read more

LOVE that it isn't as crowded as other Lansing Area theaters. Concessions are good here, seating is comfortable. the RPX is the best sound of the theaters, but all seem adequate. Wish that tickets didn't need to be picked up at concession counter however. Might not be for all movies, but the recent ones, that was the case. Overall this has been an awesome movie theater for our family. Love that they have re-runs available too. read more

My family likes the theater overall, just a couple of suggestions: 1) The menu screens are way too hectic, make one or two static with the combos and main items listed so we don't have to wait for the menu to come back up. 2) The kids size drinks are great with the combo, but you can only get them with a combo. Make the kid size drinks separately available. 3) Get real pretzels. The unsalted, microwaved things you call pretzels are terrible. read more

The one star is because they serve alcohol. The theater was new and clean. I went to a 9pm showing and the theater was packed. Half the people there were under the age of 18 and being extremely obnoxious.. Their theaters are so small. Worst movie going experience ever. You're better off going to the theater by Meridian. My experience quickly turned to shit as the kiosk would not accept my gift card, followed by the outrageous concession prices, and then being told that I could not see a rated r movie because one person out of the four in my group forgot their I.D. The movie theater was dirty and smelled of old butter and foot fungus. Overall I would say that this is the worst movie theatre in the lansing area and would rather stay home and watch the office on my phone for the third time than come here to see any movie, regardless of how good the trailer is. read more

We went to the regal movie theater last night in the Lansing mall to see the Joker. We purchased tickets for the 7:30pm show, but they sold us tickets for the 6pm show and after they resolved the mistake we were late to the movie. Never once did they try to go out of their way to help us make our movie on time. We had to stand in line again and wait for a manager to help correct it with not even an apology. On top of that mess up we ordered two beers from draft which were suppose to be Stella's, but they mixed up their kegs and we were given IPAs. I personally do not like IPAs, but my fiancé does so he was fine with that. They didn't apologize or ask us if we wanted something different, instead, I paid another $9 for a different drink. When we got into the theater our requested seats were taken as well. Again, the management did nothing to correct any of these things! I typically would never write a negative review on something, but this movie experience was the absolute worse. This is my PSA to all of you Lansing... DONT GO HERE!!! Go to celebration cinema so you will actually enjoy your movie experience. read more

Regal cinemas has one employee that is nice in the box office but the lines are always too long which management does not see as a problem. The concession stand either has someone that does not have good customer service (or overwhelmed), and the last time that I was there the person that initially did not offer butter for my popcorn put so much butter on it that it was dripping through the bag and stained my clothes. I did not see it until it was too late. And the prices are too high for the service to be so poor. read more
