Regal Limousine Service - Postcard - Limos Near Me - North Hampton, New Hampshire

We used Regal Limo to transport some of our friends and family from Logan to downtown Portsmouth. I was a little worried, because it's a long ride so if there was a bad driver or gross car, our guests would be stuck there for awhile. I balanced researching reviews and prices, and finally ended up with Regal for the round trip. We had three cars pick up different groups from the airport, which all happened seamlessly. When you land, they give you a number to call, and drive from the taxi waiting area to the arrivals gate to pick you up. All our guests said the drivers were quick and kind. On the way back, we had an 8 passenger van reserved, but realized about three hours before pick-up that a 9th person needed a ride to boston. I figured it was worth a try, and when I called they said I could upgrade to a 12 person van for $5. Score! Everyone made it to their gate, and their travels were relatively seamless. We heard only good feedback of the service overall. I can't quite give them 5 stars because I haven't personally ridden in a Regal Limo, but they did an amazing job helping me transport my guests and I won't hesitate to call them next time I'm in need. read more

This is not so much for the service, but for the DRIVERS. I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone, Heidi I believe?.....my bf and I were on the highway driving home tonight (around 11 PM) on 93 North, just trying to get home after a church service. We have a limousine with plate number REGAL9 behind us as we're going 60-65 (speed limit). I assume the driver didn't like our speed because he started majorly tailgating us. When we had to break, he had almost rear-ended us. He stayed behind us for a good 2-3 miles before starting up again and then HI-beamed us for about 10 minutes. We couldn't see ANYTHING! We switched lanes, he followed behind us. AND THE KICKER was when we saw him on the phone. Completely unprofessional. Certainly won't be using this service. read more

Run, don't walk. I arrived at Logan and proceeded to the car service area to find the car I had reserved several days prior. Regal got me to the airport ok, but there was no car waiting for me on my return. I called Regal and was on hold 5 times for a total of 45 minutes. I ended up having to take a cab home, and I missed a dinner reservation with my wife. I waited for some time before posting this review, and I finally decided to do so after getting absolutely no satisfaction from Regal. After multiple attempts to be remunerated for my time, I was offered $85 off on a future trip. And this only came after I called Regal back 3 times. Mind you my one way fare at the time was $150 plus gratuity because I live in southern Maine. The $85 voucher is of no benefit to me personally because I expense the car service to my company. The voucher offer was slightly ironic to me, as I would have been charged the full fare plus gratuity if I was a no-show for a ride. I will never use Regal again, and I am trying to get my company's travel service to remove Regal/Boston Coach from the preferred vendor list. Had I received a sincere apology and a gesture that recognized the fact that I lost 90 minutes of my evening and a nice dinner with my wife, I am all about forgiving and forgetting. But this treatment was nothing short of amazing in all the wrong ways. read more

Mixed review. We have been using this service for 10 years. Some of the drivers have been outstanding. Helpful, kind, great to talk to after a long trip. However, the person getting the orders sometimes could be a disaster. Last time I made clear our profile has changed as my husband passed away - mentioned it 3 times! Not only did she not comment. Fine, a young person would not understand the devastation a widow has to go through. But she still sent the confirmations to my deceased husband's name as passenger! This is too much read more

I almost booked with these guys until they told me that that time on my package started when they left their garage! That is just stupid! I told them that their prices didn't even matter because I would not pay anything for them to drive to me. A company with such an absurd rule probably has a million others.. Move on a book somewhere else! read more

My parents flew in from California to visit and had Regal pick them up. The first pick up, at South Station in Boston, the driver was nowhere to be found. My parents called the 800 number and were told to take all of their luggage and walk around the corner to the driver- which they did. (Please keep in mind that all of other driver services were standing right there holding placards with their customers names on them). The driver was not around the corner and so they called again and were told to "wait" 15 minutes. This was ludicrous. They found another driver. After this incident they should not have used Regal again but they figured that this was a "one time" occurrence. The second time was last night and they were supposed to be picked up at Boston Logan at midnight- they had called earlier that day to confirm their reservation and were told that all was well, their flight was being followed by the people at Regal and they'd be there to pick them up. When my parents landed, no one was there. They called Regal and were told that their reservation was for the next day. This was after calling to confirm earlier that day. Again, they found someone else to drive them to their destination. I was beside myself that my parents were left at midnight at Logan and I called to complain and get their money back-- I was told that customer service would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. This is not rocket science- there is no way it should that long to refund someone's money. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will spread the word that this is an unprofessional company and cannot be counted on. read more

STAY AWAY! I used Regal Limousine for my wedding, and it was nothing but headache. When I initially made the reservation, it took over six phone calls just to get them to actually send a contract and charge a deposit as agreed on in the first phone call. They never charged the correct deposit. The trolley service we agreed on by contract was not followed through and my guests were late to the wedding, which meant we had to delay the wedding by 20 minutes. Then the drivers had the audacity to bill a 20% gratuity to my credit card, an amount that was never agreed on. I had to try and deal with this and other billing problems from my honeymoon! The services were also VERY overpriced, not even taking into account they did not follow through with what they were contracted to do. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very, very friendly and nice, they just seem to be running a completely inept operation. I hate to give a bad review on Yelp, but I feel like I have to in order to warn other brides. We would have been better off having no transportation system at all. Using Regal Limousine cost us a lot of money and was nothing but frustration from start to finish. read more
