This place has changed a lot. The butter has only One dispenser when they used to have two. Every time I've gone I've had to ask them to refill it. They no longer sell Coke it's nothing but Pepsi but a very limited amount of Pepsi products. Also the Slurpee machine is always broken every time I've gone. I asked for red vines the other day because I saw the display and he told me they don't have them anymore. Please remove them if you do not sell them. It's a bit more of a drive than I'd prefer, but it is good to be back in a Regal theater! It's been since January for me. Lone Star 19 is very clean and very responsive to the COVID-19 threat. All employees have masks and gloves. I read the Regal policy and it is stringent. By all accounts, they are upholding their policies. Everything has been emaculate during my trip. The only real bummer is that they don't have any special concessions offers like free refills. The theater enforces separation in the theater and once a seat is selected, it will block off the seats surrounding it. Checking in for New Mutants now! read more

This movie theater is convienently located beside Hwy. 249 and is easy to get to from Tomball or the Willowbrook mall area. I believe it is about 10 years old. It has a nice two story interior lobby area and all of the individual theaters that I have visited have reserved seating with power reclining seats in them. With 19 screens there is always something playing that you want to see and it also has a large dedicated parking lot. They also display the stupid 30.06 and 30.07 signs for concealed and open carry prohibition which means the good guys who have a license can't protect themselves from the bad guys who don't read or care about stupid signs. Used to be better but they've changed. No longer coke products so the soft drink machines dispense only 6 Pepsi products. Cafe doesn't open until 12pm so no real food options besides popcorn and candy. Most restaurants open by 11am for lunch so this was disappointing. As a result I waited until 12pm and missed 20 min of my movie waiting on food. This was an experience, to say the least. We haven't been to this movie theater in an extremely long time, and we won't be returning any time soon. When we arrived on Tuesday night at 6:50, the parking lot was pretty full, and I assumed it was due to the Barbie movie being released. We found parking a bit far away, but we had no issue with it. We hadn't purchased our tickets yet, but the box office was closed, and no one was in sight. When we entered, we had to purchase tickets through a kiosk, and the line for the concessions was extremely long. We decided to split up with one of us at the concessions line and the other at their cafe where you can purchase "gourmet" theater food and alcoholic drinks. There were 3 people working the concession stand, and the lines were moving extremely slow. I mean, in the 15 minutes I stood in line, we had only moved inches. I decided to download their app on my phone to purchase concessions through there since I figured it would be faster... well... sorta. A medium-sized popcorn and medium drink was $18. I placed my order and then walked to the mobile pickup counter. About 3 of us with orders were waiting for someone to acknowledge us and give us our orders. Although the app said it would be a minute for my order to be ready, it took about 10 minutes for someone to arrive to help us. I did take note of where I would have been in line at that point, and I would have still had about 1/2 the line to go!! I was pleased I was able to mobile order regardless of the wait since it was still a shorter wait than the regular line. Then things took a turn for the worse. I went to pick my drink and there was no ice in any of the machines, half of the machines didn't have soda either. I ended up getting an icee, which was fine, but when I returned to see the line for the cafe, my husband hadn't moved at all since when I received our concessions! There was one person taking care of that line, and it wasn't moving at all. Our movie was supposed to start at 7:05 and by the time we received the beer it was 7:25. We arrived in the theater just in time for it to start, so we tried to overlook the wait times and enjoy the movie. The theater seemed like it hadn't been cleaned since the last screening since there was popcorn all over our seats. The biggest issue we had were with the restrooms. I went to the restroom 3 times during our time there, and every time there were multiple stalls without toilet paper, there was no hand soap and paper towels. The final time I went there was puke in one of the sinks that hadn't been cleaned. My husband went to the men's restroom and also stated that it was disgusting and that there were bodily fluids everywhere. This was a completely different experience compared to the last time we came, and the visit left a sour taste. They may have been understaffed, and it may have been the rush of such a large box office movie being out within the last week, but it was a disappointment overall. I suggest going to another theater if you have a choice. read more

No Apple Pay, app never connects, only Pepsi products and four of those choices at that, incredibly slow concession stand (keeping in mind they hand you cups and don't make drinks), food choices ordered at the restaurant but listed on concession menu. Just disappointing. Only reason to come is that one movie in every five years you want to see in IMAX. read more

So since the name change things have gone downhill here. The theatre isn't as clean. The people don't seem as friendly. And well, what made this theatre special is now been washed away by the regal brand. Super unfortunate too. The biggest change that has me upset is simple. They posted 30.06/30.07 signage on their doors. While the majority of folks here probably won't care or even know about this. But what it means for us few is simple: no concealed or open carry of handguns on their property. This is just a huge disappointment and will be a strong reason why I won't consider going back. I wish santikos was still there. They kept better care of the grounds and overall everyone seemed happier. Now the recliner chairs are super comfy. The little desk for your items is also very welcomed. I also like that you can have an assigned seat. No playing games about trying to get there early to pick your place. Seats reclined, which was good since the seat bottoms were so uncomfortably deep that our backs didn't touch when sitting upright. Movie started 30 minutes late due to excessive advertisements. I have just received the worst service ever from a movie theater at the Lone Star 19 in Tomball... - Employee taking our concessions order did not greet us, did not make eye contact, and failed to respond politely to anything we said--not even a thank you. - When we got to our seats, they were absolutely filthy--food and drink residue and debris was on every chair and tray table. When we informed the staff about the situation, we received no apology (the person on duty actually seemed annoyed with us) and the clean up job was not done thoroughly at all as we found popcorn crumbs in the crevices of the seat as we activated reclining. I'm still giving 2 stars because at least the movie theater's sound and picture were absolutely stellar and enhanced our movie viewing experience when the service we received was not. read more

Went here on Friday and Saturday 5/12 and 5/13. Experience didn't change from either visit. Concessions is completely inept and slow without any care of picking up the pace on a Friday or Saturday night. This is the worst theater in regards to efficiency getting customer lines moving. The manager running the register was worst of all as he froze up three computer systems bringing the lines to a halt. They were out of half the candy and food that was advertised. They have long lines at concessions, too bad because that is where the bulk of their profit is. Really could try harder to keep people fed and not annoyed on line. This place is HUGE! We visit here once a month, the chairs are in great condition, they have self serve slushy and drink machines. They have a large selection of movies always playing. Staff is friendly. They do sell subscription service as well to watch unlimited movies monthly. read more

My main issue with this place is cleanliness. The bathrooms are a disaster - wet floors, toilet paper everywhere....it is pretty nasty, and even if it is just water on the floor, it gives off a horrible impression of how this business is run. Food prices seem on-par with other theaters (which is still WAY too high...$6 for a medium soft drink?!), but that is just how the movie-going experience is these days. I enjoy the reclining seats and the ability to pick your seat ahead of the show so you don't have to arrive super early to snag a good seat. Since Regal took over I've noticed a huge decline in appearance of the outside building. after seeing a movie yesterday for the first time in a long time, it clearly has gone down. Every trash can was spilling over, bathroom trash all over floor, beverage area was a total mess and safety hazard. Soda spills everywhere! One attendant helping customers purchase tickets while the ticket window remained empty with zero employees! Topping it off it looked like the concession stand employees were wading through trash and popcorn on the floor behind the counter! I've never seen a theatre this poorly managed! Terribly understaffed! Concession lines were long, drink machines did not have ice and only one ice machine of four had ice in it. No straws on one side, had to walk to other section to get a straw. Trash cans overflowing everywhere, bathrooms a disaster, and spilled ICEE all over counters. Silverado used to care about movie viewing experience. Regal lonestar does not. I was in theater 13, which had globe lights in the hallway which cast light on both corners of the screen. The projector was vibrating so that I really thought I had mistakenly purchased 3d tickets. It was nauseating. Top Notch movie theater, just to far from my area of town. Like none other (as of now), this theater rockin' a sit down restuarant with a bar, inside of it. It's intimate (the restaurant), and relaxing at the same time. If memory serves me right, TV's are available. The theater also has a open ice cream parlor at it's entrance, a condiment and popcorn etc station, and my favorite reclining chairs. Had we fully did our homework, we wouldn't have wasted time eating outside this establishment before coming. All we knew was it was new and it accommodated our plans. It's beautiful, inside and safely guarded with cops standing around talking to each other on the inside. Restrooms, restaurants, and theater was clean, everything looked newly created and the staff was friendly. Parking lot is big enough to loose your car. Enjoy! read more

Finally went back now that they have reopened again, only to find they've replaced the nice multi drink stations with Pepsi. Unless you like Pepsi, Mtn. Dew, or Lemonade, you may want to save your money. We may have missed the memo on this change, but were disappointed to spend $6 on a drink and then see the paltry selection. On a positive note, A Quiet Place 2 was good and it was nice to be back in the theater again. This place has really gone downhill in every way. We went to see Oppenheimer on Friday, Aug. 4th, and it was uncomfortably hot in the building. I know we're having a heat wave, so maybe their AC isn't keeping up.?? The audio was messed up during the previews, so I went and told an employee. They got the audio fixed, but then the video went out. I went to talk to an employee again, because the video never came back on. When I went back to the lobby, at least 100 other people were waiting around for a manager to get their money back, because all of the movies were out. (The young female employee who helped me and was on the receiving end of all the complaints deserves kudos. She was kind and calm; grace under pressure. Wish I would have gotten her name.) Everyone was being very civil and calm, which was good. We had already paid $20 for a drink and popcorn. We got tired of waiting in the heat and crowd, so we left, thinking I would call for my refund. Little did I know it would be impossible to contact a human being via their phone number. I have tried calling multiple times on different days to talk to someone to get my money back, but to no avail. I go through the recording and hit the appropriate numbers only to be told, "The voice mailbox is full. Thank you. Good-bye." And then it hangs up on me. The Stadiums have amazing surround sound,and the seats recline. I love the tables and cup holders. Unfortunately, the chairs are usually sticky and sometimes have popcorn in them. The movies theater is nice of course. This rating is due to the fact that we had to sit through a 3 hour movie with no AC. I talked to someone who said that several people have already mentioned it and that the manager knew, they had the AC running but is slow to cool. I tried to talk to the manager afterwards about it and an employee relayed the message and stated that the AC is out in 2 of the theaters. Ever since Regal took over this Theatre has gone down hill. On more than one occasion the guy working the concession stand was incredibly rude. Rolls his eyes and always makes it seem like you are bothering him in some way. Last time I went he basically threw my hot dog at me. I don't even know what I did to instigate that? The cleanliness of this theater is getting worse day by day. We saw an 11oclock showing and popcorn was all over the counter spaces, fries and straw wrappers everywhere, along with crumbled up used napkins. This made us believe that no one bothered cleaning the drink area the previous night, because there was no way that all this trashed happened on a money before 11am. It took my friend some convincing to even go to this theatre in the first place, because the last time she went she saw a rat in the auditorium. I've never had a problem while watching the film, everything is always on par as far as that goes. So sad this place has gone down hill tremendously. We paid $20 a person for IMAX just to have the same experience as we would with standard viewing. Seats are so uncomfortable, drink station was so nasty out of ice, out of butter, sodas were flat, icy had no flavor. Staff was mad at each other didn't want to help cleanup or refill the drink station kept telling "No you do it". Just a awful experience and trying to have anyone help with just to get your refreshments is a nightmare. We finally gave up so we didn't miss our move. read more
