. I am extremely unhappy with the experience I had at your movie theater on May 26, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. I came to watch Final Destination and was very disappointed by the overall condition and service. The theater was dirty and poorly maintained. I paid over $30 for a large popcorn, two drinks, and a bag of M&M's. When I went to get my drink, the ice machine on the left had no ice at all. The drink stations were filthy, and the floors were covered in popcorn and spilled beverages, making them sticky and unpleasant to walk on. When we entered the theater, there was popcorn left on the seats, indicating that the area had not been cleaned before the next showing. Additionally, the two employees at the ticket stand were on their phones, leaning on the counter. They did not greet us or show any form of hospitality. The only positive part of the experience was the employee who took our order--this individual was respectful and kind, which I appreciated. Overall, the theater needs better management, a more effective cleaning crew, and improved staff training. I have been coming to this location since I was a child, and I have never experienced such poor service until now. I spent nearly $60 on this visit and left feeling disgusted and disappointed. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and leads to improvements.

We went on Friday to see Dungeons and Dragons. Very clean inside, well lit. The tickets, $20. We went to concessions for a large soda, medium popcorn and bag of Candy, $20. Seemed a little high. Until we got to our seats. Y'all, these seats are full, lay back, lounge recliners! I hadn't been to this theater in a while so this may be common knowledge but these recliners were amazing. The movie was two hours long so this made my back happy! Happy Mother's Day!

Did a Mario Movie watch party with our family and this place is awesome! Always friendly staff, prices are comparable with competitors and parking is never a problem. Do yourself a favor and get the app, the AMC Stubs Premier annual one is well worth it. I have saved so much. The manager is amazing to work with too.

The popcorn was good and so where the friend Mac and cheese balls! The theater lobby, bathroom and theater itself was very clean. Customer service was okay. I recommend this movie theater!

The movie theater itself and the staff were great! Went with a few friends to see Bob Marley and in that window of time our friends car got broken into in the movie theater parking lot so gotta knock off a few stars :((

Was invited here to screen the new movie Avatar: The Way of the Water as an elite yelper. The location was far from where I live but riding and grooving to good music made the drive short. The theater had ample space for parking. Nice size area with comfy reclining seats as expected. The movie was AWESOME and my favorite is always the nachos with cheesy goodness.

Inside the staff was amazing. The condition of the theater was great. But you loose 3 stars due to the lack of security patrolling the parking lot. One is not enough for the number of cars parked around the theater. It takes too long for one security person to drive around the entire area. For the 40 minutes I took to decide whether or not to drive my car that just had its catalytic converters stolen, I saw the security person drive by once. I'm sure with your stock prices going up and folks coming back to the movies, your stakeholders would appreciate the gesture if you'd keep the parking lot secure from crime. Because if your patrons aren't safe, we will stream movies at home.

How long has this theater had a rule prohibiting teenagers from buying tickets after 7:00pm?

I know that anyone under 18 has to be with someone over 21 after 9 pm. Not sure about the 7 pm. And no kids under 6 can be at an r rated movie after 6 pm.

Why do you have the sound so loud at a 10 am show geared to little children? Even after requesting the sound be lowered the sound was way too much for little ears?

Every Imax theater plays at imax specified SPL of 90db. And newer Atmos enabled Dolby Cinema plays at 85db. Those were the SPL desgned and chosen by experienced engineers who knows very well which range of SPL affects human ears and which don't.…

Customer Feedback - Damage Control, Accountability & New Leadership (Emotionally Expressive…read moreEdition) I have always loved IPIC. For years, it has been my go‑to place when I want to escape into a movie wrapped in comfort, luxury, and atmosphere. There is something special about arriving there -- from the moment you park your car, you feel like you're stepping into an experience rather than simply attending a show. It's a place that usually understands how to make guests feel cared for. But this visit felt different, and not in the way I expected. As soon as we entered the building, I noticed changes -- subtle shifts in the aesthetics downstairs, a feeling that the signature IPIC polish had dimmed just a little. When we reached the upper level, the ticket staff greeted us politely, but no one explained the new process for blankets and pillows. What used to be a seamless part of the luxury experience was now unclear and uncommunicated. It may seem small, but those details matter. They set the tone. Inside the theater, the service delays were noticeable. We waited far longer than usual, and when our food arrived, it came without plates, napkins, or any of the thoughtful touches that define IPIC's standard. Two pans were placed in front of us -- presumably to be used as trays -- but it felt improvised, not intentional. When we needed containers for our leftovers, we had to leave the theater entirely and walk to the bar. In a luxury environment, guests should never have to chase down basic accommodations. At that point, I knew something was off. I asked to speak with a manager, hoping for clarity or at least acknowledgment. The first gentleman who approached us was condescending, dismissive, and lacked empathy. His tone alone made the situation feel worse. I was genuinely taken aback -- not because mistakes happened, but because the response lacked the respect and professionalism IPIC is known for. So I asked for another manager. And that's when everything changed. The second manager approached with calm, experience, and sincerity. He listened -- truly listened -- without defensiveness or excuses. He explained the recent change in ownership, acknowledged that the ball had been dropped, and validated every concern I raised. His apology felt genuine. His demeanor felt grounded. His willingness to take accountability felt like leadership. He didn't try to minimize the experience. He didn't try to shift blame. He didn't try to rush the conversation. Instead, he focused on resolution, clarity, and restoring trust. He addressed every issue, ensured we were taken care of, and graciously offered passes for a future visit. I didn't want money back -- I wanted acknowledgment, accountability, and assurance that someone would take ownership of the problem. He provided exactly that. And because of him, I left feeling hopeful. Final Impression IPIC has always been a place that blends luxury with comfort, and while this visit revealed areas that need immediate attention, it also revealed something far more important: the power of leadership that listens, cares, and takes responsibility. The second manager reminded me why I fell in love with IPIC in the first place -- not just because of the reclining seats or the gourmet food, but because of the way the brand has historically made guests feel valued. I am genuinely looking forward to the new changes and hopeful that IPIC will return to the exceptional standard that made it a beloved destination. Mistakes happen -- but accountability, empathy, and corrective action are what rebuild trust. And on that front, IPIC delivered.

Shocked... Hubby and…read moreI hadn't been to the movies in a hot minute, so we took advantage of a free night together. Unfortunately... eeek. First, I do want to give credit where it's due. The welcoming team was friendly from the moment we walked in, and the bartender was wonderful. Even though they were out of every wine I asked for (seven different selections!), she really tried her best to find something I'd enjoy. The only wines available were bottles at a much higher price point, which was disappointing. I'm still wondering what happened to their wine selection. Hubby did enjoy a nice cold beer served in a frosty glass, and that was perfect. Dinner was actually pretty good. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the lobster mac and cheese was tasty, although there wasn't much lobster to be found. Now for the theater itself... The seats are definitely showing their age and are getting a little rickety. Service was almost nonexistent. The one bright spot was a food runner who kindly pointed us to the QR code for the menu and even offered to bring us a printed menu. He was great. We ordered our movie snacks, but that's where things really went downhill. The popcorn was as stale as stale can be, the M&M's tasted old and a little funky, and somehow my club soda came with about four ice cubes and wasn't even very refreshing. The movie itself was good, and we still enjoyed having a much-needed date night together. Overall, though, it's sad to see this theater slipping because it used to be the place to go. I really hope they can turn things around. In the meantime, we'll be on the hunt for a new favorite theater. I'd love to hear everyone's recommendations!

Once inside, we found our seats to be comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with individual lights, blankets, service buttons, and seat warmers. We ordered food before the movie, and it arrived just before the film started, which was perfect timing. The theater itself is quite cold, but blankets are provided. Our server, Ron, was especially friendly and attentive. Pros: The overall experience was well worth it, especially at the excellent matinee price. Audrey's Restaurant is beautiful, elegant, and feels very luxurious. Heated seating with useful amenities. Friendly and attentive staff. The food is delicious. Parking is free in the parking garage. Cons: The seats do not fully recline. The menu is somewhat limited for a movie theater dining experience. Gratuity is automatically added to the bill. If you're planning to attend alone, keep in mind that individual seats are not available for purchase. You can purchase two seats or three seats. Overall: This is a unique and enjoyable experience that I would likely visit once or twice a year. While there are a few minor drawbacks, the atmosphere, service, and value make it worthwhile.

We have been there before and this place is Absolutely Beautiful and the Food is Delicious. We rented out 'The Audrey', which is a Private Dinning area and Private Theater with those comfortable seats you can lay back in and enjoy the movie. But first, a little about 'Star Cinema Grill'. When you first walk into this place you are amazed at how Beautiful it is. The approach to the Ticket Area is Very Impressive. They even have Mask for those that forgot theirs - and their Entire Staff wears a Mask. Next is the Bar/Dinning area that is AwesomlyBeautiful. At first look you think you're on a Cruise and aboard a Very Beautiful Ship. Everything about this place is Elegant - even the walkways to each Theater - and the Restrooms - Yep, even them. My Wife said that she has a dress just like the carpet here - sure glad she didn't wear it last night, I might not find her. Now, back to the review - The Audrey Dining area was set up with separate tables for each couple social distanced apart. The Manager, Colleen, met with us and we went over the evening. Everyone arrived on time and MJ, our Private Server, took our drink orders and returned pretty quick with our drinks. I'm having their 'Frozen Jack-N-Coke' and my Wife is getting their 'Texas Mule'. F.J&C is my Favorite Drink and when it arrived I was totally impressed as to the appearance of this drink - it was Fluffed Up above the rim of the glass. This was a Pretty Good Drink and the taste of Jack - and it's Fluffed Up. My Wife enjoyed her 'Texas Mule' and had a couple of these during the evening. MJ, our Server, took all our orders and placed them electronically. Their Menu consist of 'Previews' as Appetizers, 'Feature Presentations' as Entrees (along with Pizza and 'Green Screen' for Salads) and 'Closing Credits' as Desserts. They also have listed 'Kids Corner' for the Kiddies. The other side of the Menu list all the Drinks they offer - and there is a lot of them with Very Cool Names, along with 'Classic Candy' and 'Quick Flicks' (Popcorn, etc..). They also have a lot of Draft Beers on Tap - that's always good to know. My Wife ordered their 'Love Me Tenders'; Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenderloins with Seasoned Fries, Texas Toast & Country Gravy. I am having 'The Godfather' (Pizza); Sausage, Pepperoni, Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Tomatoes and Cheese. Note: They make their own Crust here and you can also have their Cauliflower Crust. While we waited for our food we chatted and enjoyed our drinks - and I really enjoyed my Fluffy-Frozen Jack-N-Coke. This was some Good Stuff. Soon, and I mean Real Soon, MJ started bringing out our food. My Wife's 'Love Me Tenders' look really good and their 'Presentation' is Beautiful. My 'Godfather' also looks Very Yummy and it was. Nice Fresh Flavor of Everything and the Crust is Lightly-Crunchy-Liciousness. Everyone enjoyed their food and ate all they could but due to the abundance of food on each plate and there were plenty of To-Go-Boxes prepared. You get a lot of Deliciousness at Star Cinema - but I ate all of mine because that's what I do. 'Star Cinema' provides you with a list of Movies to choose from for your Private Showing and we choose 'The Personal History of David Copperfield' based on the 1850 Novel 'David Copperfield' by Charles Dickens, which is Very Interestingly Done Different-ly Movie you will ever see - or something like that. You also can bring in any Movie you want on DVD (except a Disney Film) and it will be shown on the Big Screen for your Private Groups Enjoyment. When Dinner was done, we took our seats in the Theater section of 'The Audrey' which has those Plush Seats and more. They also offer Blankets for you to wrap up in if that's what you want - and a lot of our Group did just that. This place really goes all out for Customer Service. My Wife and I grabbed some seats and opened up our Popcorn Boxes that they provided for Everyone - and started enjoying the Coming Attractions and the Popcorn. This Popcorn is pretty good. I'm not a Popcorn Eater per-say but - I finished off my entire box half way through the movie - It's That Good. We enjoyed the Movie and it's Delightful Weirdness. Our Server stayed with us the entire time providing the Best Service you could get anywhere - and this is at a Theater. The 'Star Cinema Grill' offers the Best Service along with Delicious Food in a Very Elegant Setting. They also have $5 Tuesdays for Movies and offer Special Drinks on various days for only $5 - such as the 'Texas Mule' on Thursdays along with 'Craftmans Boch' - a Very Dark Beer that some of our Group enjoyed - and did I tell you I enjoyed my 'Fluffy-Frozen Jack-N-Coke? - well, I did. Check out the 'Star Cinema Grill' on Facebook and on-line - They are Awesome - They also can Delivery your Food Order via Grubhub directly to your home or office.

Still full from lunch so mostly drinks. Servers were attentive. There was a button on the chair if you wanted service. The movie was really good. I got nervous when a group of younger kids filed in and proceeded to sit in the very top row behind us. Not nervous about them being kids but they were a lively bunch, from a birthday party. Great idea to have a party at the movies. Bad idea to have it at this kind of movie. Before the movie started, we heard "hee hee" an unhealthy amount of times. Running Man ROCKED BTW...highly recommend. The food...it's a theater...what did you expect? We got the truffle chicken fries which were somewhat edible. I assume the fries were crispy at one point...but soggy, saggy, sad, and cold by the time they reached us. My beer came out promptly. My wife's accompanying glass of wine waited to make a fashionably late appearance 20 minutes later. RUNNING MAN ROCKED!!! Though I do love a theatre experience, I could have had better drinks, better food, and still been just as happy sitting in front of the fireplace wrapped in a blanket and watched it at home on my ridiculously too big TV. Still. Wife was happy to get out of the house having no kids for the night. Tickets were free. Theatre was close. We had a good time overall. Service was pretty prompt. Of course in all the seats available, the 2 gentlemen next to us who ate nothing but chips, burped, and talked throughout the entire movie only exacerbate my love for my quiet couch. No knock on the theatre as they cannot control the mouth breathers that had to sit right next to us in a relatively open theatre...read the room people. Rock solid 4 stars.

They have ruined every Cinemark in Texas. I have not been to a single theater that's been competently run by them. It smells awful, dirty seats and counters, disgusting restrooms, terrible service... just all around terrible from these guys. Don't give them your hard earned money cause they clearly don't care! Terrible, disgusting seat. Egregiously high prices for the nastiest food you could ever eat. Roaches in the moldy ice machines. They need to shut this place down, seriously. Next time you get a drink, look at your ice and you'll see black mold every where. Terrible service, the screens are so dim you can't even see the movie, and the restrooms are FILTHY! I've had over 4 friends get their cars broken into while watching a movie here. They don't wash any of their utensils, you can see them making hot dogs and hot foods with the nastiest utensils-- it's honestly terrifying. There's always teenagers fighting or screaming or doing dumb stuff. Terrible theater. Please trust me when I say this... do not waste your time. You will regret your experience.

All you hear is laughter, fun conversations, and off key singing. It was amazing. The servers were very attentive. As soon as we sat down a servier stated " Your server will be right with you". Ok acknowledgement. Clock it My server was Lay was super busy but she didn't miss a beat. She was also training so another servier Lisa was shadowing her. Both had great attitudes & strong attention to detail. Now the food.... The wings. 10 piece Hot lemon pepper & Korean wave. Delicious. The French 75 was perfect. I will Definitely be back. The sports bar had R&B playing moderately loud (but no issues carrying on a conversation). I can only imagine the vibe may be different with larger crowds in the evenings/weekends. The menu is a QR code on the table. They have a large outside covered patio. Lots of TV's inside & outside. The salmon salad was very good. The salmon was cooked just right & very well seasoned. Nice size, generous amount of toppings (eggs, tomatoes, onions) such that I had toppings in every bite with my lettuce. The entire salad, dusted with a cajun seasoning, was a nice touch. Food was served in a metal plate with plasticware & plastic cups. (I'm sure the 'plastic' is helpful for managing the outside dining.) Chef Dee came out to check on us. She saw me taking a picture of my food & playfully said 'hey you gotta take a pic of the chef who created it'. Of course I took her pic!! Based on my salmon salad, I would definitely try other items on the menu if ever in the area again. Try them out. If you don't prefer a crowd, pop in for lunch.
