His willingness to take accountability felt like leadership. He didn't try to minimize the experience. He didn't try to shift blame. He didn't try to rush the conversation. Instead, he focused on resolution, clarity, and restoring trust. He addressed every issue, ensured we were taken care of, and graciously offered passes for a future visit. The welcoming team was friendly from the moment we walked in, and the bartender was wonderful. Even though they were out of every wine I asked for (seven different selections!), she really tried her best to find something I'd enjoy. The only wines available were bottles at a much higher price point, which was disappointing. I'm still wondering what happened to their wine selection. Hubby did enjoy a nice cold beer served in a frosty glass, and that was perfect. Dinner was actually pretty good. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the lobster mac and cheese was tasty, although there wasn't much lobster to be found. Now for the theater itself... The seats are definitely showing their age and are getting a little rickety. Service was almost nonexistent. The one bright spot was a food runner who kindly pointed us to the QR code for the menu and even offered to bring us a printed menu. He was great. We ordered our movie snacks, but that's where things really went downhill. The popcorn was as stale as stale can be, the M&M's tasted old and a little funky, and somehow my club soda came with about four ice cubes and wasn't even very refreshing. The movie itself was good, and we still enjoyed having a much-needed date night together. Overall, though, it's sad to see this theater slipping because it used to be the place to go. I really hope they can turn things around. In the meantime, we'll be on the hunt for a new favorite theater. I'd love to hear everyone's recommendations!

Parking was easy but it was a long line to get in and the concessions were crowded too. We skipped it and went to our seats. The movie was in 3D and they gave us glasses when we gave our tickets. The movie started about 15 mins late and also cut off in the middle. They got it restarted and it finished but that was a little scary. We had good seats and the theater was clean.

Cons: The seats do not fully recline. The menu is somewhat limited for a movie theater dining experience. Gratuity is automatically added to the bill. If you're planning to attend alone, keep in mind that individual seats are not available for purchase. You can purchase two seats or three seats. Overall: This is a unique and enjoyable experience that I would likely visit once or twice a year. While there are a few minor drawbacks, the atmosphere, service, and value make it worthwhile.

i came to see a movie in 4dx not too long ago and i have to say. ouch…read more the theater looked great and the 4dx theater looked awesome. the only thing i have to say is that, it hurts a little bit after. i knew about all of the effects and moving seats but i didint expect it to be so violent. whenever somone got punched this little back rubler thing would activiate as the chair threw you forward in back. i felt my back pop but not in the most painfull matter. there were multiple times during the movie where i felt like i was going to fall out of my seat and bash my head into the seat tin front of me. even though im known as a adrenaline junkie this concerned me a little bit. i would like for an option to put on a seatbelt just for people who want to be a bit more strapped into the chair. pretty fun experience overall but did have a bit of back pain after.

I've been to many movie theatres over the years, and Star Cinema Grill is easily one of the cleanest I've been to. The service was also kind, friendly, and very accommodating. We have been there before and this place is Absolutely Beautiful and the Food is Delicious. We rented out 'The Audrey', which is a Private Dinning area and Private Theater with those comfortable seats you can lay back in and enjoy the movie. But first, a little about 'Star Cinema Grill'. When you first walk into this place you are amazed at how Beautiful it is. The approach to the Ticket Area is Very Impressive. They even have Mask for those that forgot theirs - and their Entire Staff wears a Mask. Next is the Bar/Dinning area that is AwesomlyBeautiful. At first look you think you're on a Cruise and aboard a Very Beautiful Ship. Everything about this place is Elegant - even the walkways to each Theater - and the Restrooms - Yep, even them. My Wife said that she has a dress just like the carpet here - sure glad she didn't wear it last night, I might not find her. Now, back to the review - The Audrey Dining area was set up with separate tables for each couple social distanced apart. The Manager, Colleen, met with us and we went over the evening. Everyone arrived on time and MJ, our Private Server, took our drink orders and returned pretty quick with our drinks. I'm having their 'Frozen Jack-N-Coke' and my Wife is getting their 'Texas Mule'. F.J&C is my Favorite Drink and when it arrived I was totally impressed as to the appearance of this drink - it was Fluffed Up above the rim of the glass. This was a Pretty Good Drink and the taste of Jack - and it's Fluffed Up. My Wife enjoyed her 'Texas Mule' and had a couple of these during the evening. MJ, our Server, took all our orders and placed them electronically. Their Menu consist of 'Previews' as Appetizers, 'Feature Presentations' as Entrees (along with Pizza and 'Green Screen' for Salads) and 'Closing Credits' as Desserts. They also have listed 'Kids Corner' for the Kiddies. The other side of the Menu list all the Drinks they offer - and there is a lot of them with Very Cool Names, along with 'Classic Candy' and 'Quick Flicks' (Popcorn, etc..). They also have a lot of Draft Beers on Tap - that's always good to know. My Wife ordered their 'Love Me Tenders'; Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenderloins with Seasoned Fries, Texas Toast & Country Gravy. I am having 'The Godfather' (Pizza); Sausage, Pepperoni, Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Tomatoes and Cheese. Note: They make their own Crust here and you can also have their Cauliflower Crust. While we waited for our food we chatted and enjoyed our drinks - and I really enjoyed my Fluffy-Frozen Jack-N-Coke. This was some Good Stuff. Soon, and I mean Real Soon, MJ started bringing out our food. My Wife's 'Love Me Tenders' look really good and their 'Presentation' is Beautiful. My 'Godfather' also looks Very Yummy and it was. Nice Fresh Flavor of Everything and the Crust is Lightly-Crunchy-Liciousness. Everyone enjoyed their food and ate all they could but due to the abundance of food on each plate and there were plenty of To-Go-Boxes prepared. You get a lot of Deliciousness at Star Cinema - but I ate all of mine because that's what I do. 'Star Cinema' provides you with a list of Movies to choose from for your Private Showing and we choose 'The Personal History of David Copperfield' based on the 1850 Novel 'David Copperfield' by Charles Dickens, which is Very Interestingly Done Different-ly Movie you will ever see - or something like that. You also can bring in any Movie you want on DVD (except a Disney Film) and it will be shown on the Big Screen for your Private Groups Enjoyment. When Dinner was done, we took our seats in the Theater section of 'The Audrey' which has those Plush Seats and more. They also offer Blankets for you to wrap up in if that's what you want - and a lot of our Group did just that. This place really goes all out for Customer Service. My Wife and I grabbed some seats and opened up our Popcorn Boxes that they provided for Everyone - and started enjoying the Coming Attractions and the Popcorn. This Popcorn is pretty good. I'm not a Popcorn Eater per-say but - I finished off my entire box half way through the movie - It's That Good. We enjoyed the Movie and it's Delightful Weirdness. Our Server stayed with us the entire time providing the Best Service you could get anywhere - and this is at a Theater. The 'Star Cinema Grill' offers the Best Service along with Delicious Food in a Very Elegant Setting. They also have $5 Tuesdays for Movies and offer Special Drinks on various days for only $5 - such as the 'Texas Mule' on Thursdays along with 'Craftmans Boch' - a Very Dark Beer that some of our Group enjoyed - and did I tell you I enjoyed my 'Fluffy-Frozen Jack-N-Coke? - well, I did. Comfortable seating, clean again in great condition not worn down. 3. Bar area, open spacious, awesome radio tunes jamming for a great DJ vibe, get hype, turn up, nice after work scene or before movie sipping on a date. 4. Food, I only ordered fries as I just came from brunch. Awesome fries, thick but cooked all the way through, super crunchy on the outside, slightly battered, tender on the inside. Like homemade they were excellent for a movie theater. Actually much better than studio movie grill. 5. I think ticket was $7.75 matinee not bad. Note to self, try new movie theaters & dont judge the book by its cover, LOL sometimes the grass IS greener on the other side. :)

The theater itself looked a bit old and empty. We went for a 6:15pm showing and there was absolutely less than 10 people total in our auditorium. We ordered some food, paid for it and got the food relatively quickly. The server never came back, so we left cash tip on the table. It happened to be in digital 3D, which really did not enhance the movie experience. This movie was probably not meant for 3D or their screen was not meant for 3D. We found ourselves taking the 3D glasses throughout the movie to see better!

We also had the seats that vibrated with the music and also had heat. We didn't need the heat of course. Bar and food service was good, we got snacks and drinks to enjoy during the movie. Still full from lunch so mostly drinks. Servers were attentive. There was a button on the chair if you wanted service. The movie was really good. I got nervous when a group of younger kids filed in and proceeded to sit in the very top row behind us. Not nervous about them being kids but they were a lively bunch, from a birthday party. Great idea to have a party at the movies. Bad idea to have it at this kind of movie. Before the movie started, we heard "hee hee" an unhealthy amount of times. We sat through about half the movie and they got restless. Standing up, talking, moving around. I complained (rang the food buzzer) and the worker said someone already complained and the manager has addressed them. They will address them again. I reported it again when I left and got the nicest email today with points to go see another movie. Thank you Michael with Cinemark guest services!! Underpromised and overdelivered. I will give you another chance. You redeemed yourself. I wasn't looking for anything, I just wanted them to address the issue and acknowledge our experience. The tickets were not cheap and we deserved to see the movie in peace. Maybe they should monitor the theaters periodically and proactively try to avoid these situations where others are being disruptive.

Have some manners people & don't take your shoes off at the movies, especially if they smell. We asked if that was permitted at the counter but they said they couldn't say anything so this will be our last time coming here. Food was served in a metal plate with plasticware & plastic cups. (I'm sure the 'plastic' is helpful for managing the outside dining.) Chef Dee came out to check on us. She saw me taking a picture of my food & playfully said 'hey you gotta take a pic of the chef who created it'. Of course I took her pic!! Based on my salmon salad, I would definitely try other items on the menu if ever in the area again. Try them out. If you don't prefer a crowd, pop in for lunch.
