I brought my daughter for a hunger games marathon and it was ok. the facility itself was very clean, easy to navigate. the staff were polite. the selection of concessions were ok. the fountain drinks could have used more carbonation. the theater/seats were clean. the loungers were very noisy though. you would think with running a marathon they would allow you time between movies to walk around, restock on snacks, do other things .. but these movies were back to back to back with a random 2 minute intermission between the 3rd and 4th movie. we missed a good bit of the second movie because we were told it started at a specific time. which it didn't. organization/communication skills could have been better. if the marquee and guest services say the movie starts at 3:20 and you walk in at 3:17 and there's already 10 minutes passed that's a problem. read more

Just went to Cinemark VR for the first time and saw Nosferatu. The entire movie-going experience was great. Food stand had lots of great options to choose from. Ordered a large popcorn, two sodas and two hot dogs. Cashier and staff behind the counter were friendly and their service was efficient. Order came out accurate and we enjoyed our food. The seats in our theatre were indeed premium - leather, reclinable, comfortable and with space to hold your food items. Movie quality was top-notch - big screen, very clear and surround sound and enhanced the movie itself. After having not been in a movie theater for while, I was welcome back with a positive experience and wowed by how it enhances an overall movie-going opportunity! read more

The movies and seats are fine but the employees are extremely unprofessional and rude, I asked them a simple question and they laughed among themselves repeating the question in a mocking tone, I have social anxiety and this just made it worse thank you cinemark employees. read more

Finally got my husband to go to the theatre with me because I begged to see Jurassic World in Theaters while it's still playing. The movie cut out twice and they would rewind it so far so you're rewatching a whole 10 mins. And it cuts out of course on the intense scenes. Then they wanted to drag their feet giving us a raincheck after talking about how that's been happening for over a week. I went from super excited to super annoyed real quick. We will not be going to Cinemark Valley Ranch for any other movies. Customer service is awful. We ended up not getting a raincheck after waiting over 15 mins of them saying it'll be just a couple minutes. read more

I visit this theater often and always have a great time. The screen rooms are small and there are always great seats. The theater is clean, organized, and well-kept all around. The popcorn is great, not too expensive but also not a bargain. Every worker I have interacted with has been nice and helpful. My only complain is that the previews are way too long. I am someone who enjoys watching previews, but I think they're usually between 30-45 minutes so if you're on a tight schedule, this might not be the theater you want to visit. I will continue to visit this theater regularly. read more

I am hard of hearing who depend on sound to make the movie come alive. They did not got that work and they have replace the battery which it is still the same problem. I have experience on this t-coil user and system does not work itself not the t-coil. They gave me rain check movie but i though every movie theater should have same equals access. Caption system been going on and off. They should have it test every morning to be sure it work! We will come back on the quite place 2 and have high expectations of the system work perfectly. read more

08/30/18, watched the Meg at 7:10pm While the movie theater itself is very clean, the employees here are clearly not trained well. While purchasing tickets, the lady there spent her time talking to a man in regular clothing who was stuffing his face with a hot dog behind the employee counter. She only bothered to look at us to ask if we were paying with card or cash, and we had to interrupt her conversation with the man to ask about the movies. Moving on to the concession stand, the line flew by fast, but you can see where an employee had her personal drink cup out on the counter underneath a tea urn. As someone who works in the food industry, it was amazing to see health code violations so publicly. I doubt I will be back. read more

Stopped by here Thursday to catch the new Black Widow movie in XD. Since this area is still under commerical development this theater is usually forgotten making it an easy place to score great tickets to big movies. The entrance and lobby to this Cinemark is normally unremarkable in terms of cleanliness and the new ticket booth is very modern. What I mean by this is that it allows you to order your tickets without needing attendance from an employee. Furthermore you can pre-order your tickets online or on your mobile device and pick them up Via machine quickly. Concessions offer what you normally see in a movie theater and the employees are always very polite. Once here I forgot my cellphone and rushed back and they had it ready for me when I got back. Their management is always very professional as well. The XD theater is very comfortable and had electric reclining chairs. They also have sections designated for handicap visitors so just about anyone can attend. The sound quality is normally very good, but occasion can almost be deafening. Only real bummer is the obvious price inflation on snacks, but seeing it's a movie theater it's almost expected. read more

Went to the Cinemark Valley Ranch movie theater yesterday and I was super impressed...the first thing I saw when I entered the building was... cleanliness...no trash or popcorn on the floors...it wasn't too busy...plus they had an officer working there for extra security...the prices were cheaper than other theaters I've been to...and the staff was very friendly...after my wife and I purchased our tickets...we ordered Starbucks...yep...Starbucks...and it was delicious...after getting our drinks and entering the actual theater room...it was very nice...very small and welcoming...it felt like we were back at our home...sitting in our media room...very nice...plus they had very comfortable recliners...this theater is perfect for date nights...and let the teenagers go and enjoy those other locations...plus it near the house...which is always a good thing...if you're not into super large crowds...this movie theater is the spot for you...I give it a top rating...base on what I like...and what I saw in cleanliness...so make your way to this location...and you can judge for yourself read more

Unless you can sit in the back 2 rows, the seats don't go back far enough to sit with your neck in a comfortable position- the cushion sticks forward too much. Also, once the seat is extended, the mildew and mold smell emanating from the bowels of the chair is overpowering. I can only imagine the lack of cleaning standard evident to produce an odor more fitting of a boys high school locker room than a place you'd like to sit for a couple hours. First (and definitely LAST) time here. This place is horrifically disgusting. read more

I'm not sure why I am writing this. It probable won't even make a difference. I love the reclingin seats. Depending on what thearter you are in is how close you are to the 1 bathroom at this location. That's irritating if you are in theater 1 & have to go during the movie because the restroom is at the other end. Icee machine is NEVER working!!!!! When I say NEVER...that means NEVER. Overall very nice theater -- BUT --- a huge RIPOFF that they CHARGE A FEE for purchasing tickets online. Senior tickets are $5.25 but if you buy them online, there's an additional charge of $1.75 PER TICKET, which then makes the cost for a senior citizen ticket more expensive than the regular matinee price. When I asked the employees why the tickets are more expensive buying online than buying at the ticket office, they just shrug their shoulders and say I'm "paying for the convenience" of buying online. read more

Our first encounter with this theater was a mixed bag. The lady that helped us with our ticket purchase was very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, we then went to concession. There were two registers open and only one group of people per line. We happened to get in the line that had a MAJOR problem. It seems a customer misunderstood the refill policy on drinks. This, of course, shut down the entire process while the attendant went to get the manager. To make matters worse, once the manager got involved, instead of coming back to help us, a gathering of three employees plus the manager were busily explaining why they could not refill the customers soft drink cup. So, for a lousy refill they lost our purchase of a large popcorn, several Icee's and other snacks. A simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated but they just had to save money on that refill. After giving up on drinks and snacks we attempted to give the employee at the ticket retrieval area our tickets. He, of course was nowhere to be found so we just walked on in. The theater is nice but the environment was a bit stuffy. I prefer a cold theater over a lukewarm theater. Seating is nice and the sound was excellent. Hopefully they figure out the whole customer service issue. Oh, and learn that giving the lady a refill and apologizing for the misunderstanding would have been better than being DEAD RIGHT about which cup she should have purchased. read more

Amazing reclining seats with loads of leg room. This is what a movie experience should be like. No cramped seats with people tripping over your feet and dumping popcorn on you. This is my new favorite place to watch a movie. read more

In love with this theater! I am a fan of quick service and so the self service kiosks are amazing!! But online pick your seats who could ask for more. Have not had a problem with anything here from food to service. Sometimes wish the seats reclined just a touch more but overall this is my number one go to place. read more

I would have to say the staff at work he concession bar is the worst . They are super disorganized and slower Han the post office staff . I was in line for a 1115 am showing this week . It literally took me 15 minutes and there were 2 customers ahead of me. And the worst thing is I believe it was management staff working the counter . So if that's how ineffective they are just imagine how the train the employees . The facility is nice and well maintained it's just the people piece that needs a lot of work . read more

I frequent this theatre very often and I have to say, I don't see what people are talking about when complaining of filth and stinky seats. We go multiple times a month and have never had these issues. I saw a complaint that says Icee machine NEVER works but my son and husband get an Icee every visit. The main problem I have is there is no restroom on the left side of the building. Other than that, this theatre is great and close to home. I do have to say the lady who helped me with getting tickets was very nice and helpful. Then like most people that is where the customer service stayed. The concessions needs LOTS, and I mean, LOTS of work. There is no reason why It should take over 15 minutes to get 4 drinks, popcorn and pretzel bites for the family in front of me. The only good thing was they opened a second register. Then watched, I presume was the manger, just walk by the girl that was slower than a snail and not say anything or help her out. While waiting I had time to look at the menu board, but couldn't because only half of it wasn't working. I made a huge mistake by asking what the price was for a hot dog. Overpriced compared to their competitors. Just ordered a drink and popcorn. It took her well over 5 minutes just to do that because she had to stop and talk or flirt with a boy behind the counter. FINALLY got our snacks and there was no one to take our tickets so we walked right in. The theater itself is nice. I like the recliners especially since I don't have to stand up to let people get by. I like the early bird prices. The last problem I had was with the concessions AGAIN. Got the refill for soda and popcorn. Got the same slow server. 5 minutes later AGAIN. How can you really be this slow when there is no one there but me and my son. Everyone I have talked to all said the same exact thing, theater is awesome, but the SERVICE IS SLOW. read more
