The place is very clean and has a comfortable temperature inside. The restroom was very clean. The only thing I did not enjoy was that there was 32 minutes of advertising before the movie. Very expensive for two adults and two children. $82 is really unreasonable. This is the first time in over 10 years we have attended a movie. This place has went down tremendously Went here yesterday to watch Guardians of the Galaxy 3 in the RPX theater. It smelled like feet and the seats are very worn out. Frustrating! Went to see a 1200 noon movie At McCain regal cinema. Theater did not open doors until after noon. the staff saw the people waiting outside and ignored us. Staff behind concession. Very smug. Wearing big dark sunglasses seeming very disgruntled with her job. Then we get into see the movie barely got there in time becau they didn't unlock doors til after noon. Then the lights to the theater were left on. We had to go out and get some one to turn them down. Very very bad experience. At least the Pepsi was good. That's about it!! read more

I have went here quiet a few times through out the years, and it doesn't seem to be getting better. I went to watch a movie in auditorium 1, as the first scene of the movie started the light weren't dimmed, so I waited for about 10-15 min and then wen't up there to ask them if we could get the lights to be turned down, on my way to the front I peaked my head in another auditorium to see their lights sure enough they were on dim, I make my way up front ask about the lighting only to be told that it was against their policy, and that they couldn't have them dimmed. So I ask for a refund since I couldn't really see the screen, the manager gave us one, I had turned back around to ask how long does it take for it to be put back on my card, to find the manager mouthing us and the situation. read more

Waited for 10 minutes to buy a ticket from the concession workers. The three workers just talked and walked around ignoring us as customers. Came to see the first showing of the day for Cars 3 on a Thursday. LOOONG line, only one person working the ticket booth! I ended up logging into Fandango and purchasing online so I didn't have to wait anymore, and I'm glad I did since the only concessions is right before the ticket taker. Matinee for standard is $8.40 a ticket, kids, adults and seniors. Matinee 3D tickets are $11.86. A bit more expensive than the Cinemark in LR, which has reclining leather seats. Only 3 concession lines were open, then one closed down that a guy was working (he looked like a manager). Lines of course, were long since it's the only stand in the place. No self-serve butter machine, so you have to be very explicit with how much butter you want on your popcorn. Young lady taking tickets was very polite and directed us to our theater. Theater was a nice size, sat in the last row of the front section and didn't feel like we were too close to the screen where you have to look up to watch. I like how clean the theater and bathrooms were. My biggest complaint was of course being the unlucky patron to have a rude lady sit behind me and constantly push on my seat. Not the theater's fault of course. Please open up more registers for ticket sales, but especially concessions when you have 10 people in each line. What would also help assist with wait times for purchasing tickets is adding kiosks so people can purchase themselves in case they cannot do so online, on their phone, as it will give them another option to purchase tickets. read more

Pretty solid! It's big, it's very new, it's got some great screens showing current movies. I came in to see Logan on a random Thursday night and had a great experience. There are two lines for a single ticket kiosk, and at first I waited in line. But an attendant at the door saw I had my online-ticket on my phone, and actually approached me to let me know that I didn't need to wait in line and where to go instead. That was unusually good service! It's also in the middle of the McCain Mall, which makes it a bit of a hike for us downtown-area Little Rockers, but it does mean it has actual food options within walking distance, which is unusual for theaters in our area. It also means the parking area is *enormous,* and so at usual movie times you're practically guaranteed a good spot. On the other hand, and matinee/prime shopping times, you're going to have a much harder time. *No assigned seating, it's first-come, first-served. read more

This was my first visit and it seemed like a nice place. Once I was in the theater and the movie started, everything went great. But overall it seemed like they didn't have enough people working. Only two people behind the concession stand and they were doing the movie ticket sales as well as food/drinks. They took long enough building it! But glad to see a premium theater with updated decor and seating. This location will give Lakewood 8 a run for its money for sure. DO NOT PARK IN THE REAR OF THE MALL if you are seeing a movie. You can only get in the building through the front and the walk is HORRID unless you're some avid hiker and trekking makes you happy. I did not dig the entry way nor the ticketing line but, with limited space it is what it is. As previously stated the screening rooms are smaller based on the run of the movie. It's not the best theater, but it's also not the worst either. I read the reviews of other people and didn't base my review on what was written before me. Anyway, between my wife & I we have seen roughly 4 or 5 movies here. I have never had any issues with the staff or any other patrons. The seats are comfortable and the picture/sound are great. It's not IMAX (the REAL IMAX i mean) but for the average moviegoing experience it's fine. Not really a concessions person, but I'm a Regal & Fandango VIP so they're are rewards that you do get if you are a rewards member. Two movies of note that I have seen here are Avengers 2 & Mad Max: Fury Road. Both the sound and picture were exceptional. Mad max was so action packed with crashes & explosions I pretty much had a headache from all the sound effects. It's not the AMC HOFFMAN 22 (Virginia/DC/Maryland people know what I'm talking about) & it's not the epic theaters of Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Doha that I've been to but it definitely serves its purpose for me here. If you want a movie experience with less people, go earlier than the evening showings & you're set. read more

This is a very nice theater. I saw The Dark Knight Rises in auditorium 12. I assume this is a smaller auditorium because The Dark Knight Rises is late in its run. Picture quality was great. The seats were comfortable; similar to what you find at UA Breckenridge but a bit nicer. Not quite as much leg room as Rave or Chenal 9 but it's more than adequate. The sound was good except for the front speakers with the dialogue was a little tinny. There was no bass in anyone's voice. This may only be a problem with auditorium 12. It's still better than Chenal 9 where the voices are nothing but bass. A couple of pros not directly related to the actual movie experience: -There's a party room for children's birthdays. I only saw one, but there may be more. -An assortment of arcade games -It's actually inside the mall, plenty to do while you wait for your show to start One con: Two theater employees entered the auditorium thirty minutes into the movie with obnoxiously bright flashlights to walk around the room a bit and check to see if the exits were closed. It was very distracting. I've noticed they do something similar at the Regal owned UA Breckenridge. This must be a Regal policy. It is very annoying. If it had been more distracting I would have complained to management. I'm withholding a fourth star until sound issues and distracting employees are dealt with. read more

Tried to see Spider-man:Far from Home here. Got to the theater a half hour early to get caption glasses. I asked several employees to help me from the concession stand to the ticket taker, I tried calling their phone number. No one would answer or assist. Finally after missing 15 minutes of the movie someone provided caption glasses. They didn't work. I came back out, same rigmarole. Finally contacted someone to return the glasses, the movie was half over at that point. No offer of money back, another showing, nothing. This theater has decent prices for movies. I have never had a long wait to get into the movies. I like the fact that when you buy the tickets on line, you can just go right on up to the usher station and let them scan your receipt right off your phone. The snack bar prices and service is about as good as any other in a theater. The seats are comfortable in the auditoriums. If I have one thing to complain about, other than the snack prices, it is that their seating set up on line is opposite of the ones in the auditoriums. read more

Really nice theater a lot closer to home. Saves me a 20 minute drive to the Promenade to see 3D movies. Don't park in the back because the only way in is through the front of the mall. I'm a regular movie goer, about 15-20x a year. I don't know what changed but about 3 months ago till now the theatre quality has dropped immensely. From the sticky counters from food and drink spills where the straws are located, bathroom stinks like urine, hallways smell like old mop water, theatre floors are sticky, light bulbs out all over the place, it just has been disappointing! I used to drive from Cabot to watch movies there but now will look at other theaters. read more
