The hall has a great space for concerts. However the sound technician sucks. Saw Blues Traveler last night. You couldn't hear the harmonica. Same with the first band. You could barely hear the singing and the guy played a recorder and you couldn't hear that at all. Not even a little. Also not one bartender was polite or smiled. They were all pretty rude. I felt like none of them wanted to be there. It was like I was unconvincing them to order a drink and asking for a straw. Low key offensive behavior. I am a bartender of 18 years and I also bartend at a concert hall in Memphis. So, all of these factors were a disappointment. The most polite people working there were the folks at the door. The Hall needs to step it up. read more

Very nice, smaller venue in downtown. Staff was nice upon entry. Two bars, clean restrooms and optimal viewing area. Drinks were very reasonably priced too. Great place to watch a concert read more

I would give this venue five stars, if they didn't charge $11 for a sparkling water. I wouldn't recommend buying much of anything there. They charged my designated driver, four dollars for a water in a cup. This is a concert venue in Arkansas income is pretty low here. Why are you charging so much for drinks?When you charge so much, and the prices are not advertised then we can't afford to tip the waiter. They have a lot of good events and music shows here, but they need to consider their audience. read more

First time here. Bought mezzanine tickets so I could see and we could hopefully sit. Doors were at 630 and when we arrived at 615 for the 8pm start there was already a line. Venue is a good size and the floor didn't look like people were packed in. We did end up with seats facing the stage on stools against a bar railing. Bar was close by and they had cups and a place to fill up with water. Sound was good and so was the lighting. Will definitely be back read more

This venue is pretty much a bar with a side of concert. I love going to concerts, especially smaller ones, and this was my first time here seeing Phantogram. The production and acoustics were both amazing, so I can give it that. I had a good time and loved seeing the band & opener- however, I was on the barricade getting constantly pushed and harassed by a middle aged drunk couple and their friends. The group then tried to get in a fight, they spilt 2 drinks on my legs, and would not stop yelling. During one of the quiet emotional songs, all we could hear were crowds of drunks yelling and carrying on. Mind you, this is all in the middle of the main act. Super distracting and the one security guard at barricade was not anywhere near us for the majority of the show. The couple left after a while, but it would've been better if security removed them earlier. And if you think maybe I just got a bad spot, you'd be wrong. About half of the crowd is like this, and I get the vibe that they are regulars who only come to shows to get drunk. The Hall seriously needs to work on their audience, by whatever means necessary. I and the girls around me who actually wanted to see Phantogram were disappointed at the audience and lack of security. I don't care about a few people having drinks and enjoying music, but it's different when half the crowd is drunk and not even there for the band. Friends of mine have had similar experiences, even at concerts with primarily young audiences, proving further that these people are only here to drink. read more

Went last week. My type of venue for sure. The drinks were reasonable for a concert. I do wish they had better bourbon, at least Maker's mark. The setup was really cool where if you got there early enough you could get a table up top on the balcony with a great view of the stage, but we always settle for the floor. We saw blackberry smoke and they were amazing and the sound was surprisingly great. The bar lines were chic fila efficient as well. Going again next Wednesday and can't wait. read more

Very cool place to see a live concert. They have two big bars, plus a cool upstairs where you can get a great view of the stage from the balcony. Never had to wait for the bathroom, tons of toilets. Limited parking spaces in actual lot on property, so I would suggest ride share but there is plenty of street parking all around The Hall. The staff was friendly and wanted to make sure we were having a good time. I'll be back forsure! read more

If I could give this place any less stars I would. The racism I observed and was exposed to was disgusting. We came to see the great band perform. The show was great. The band was amazing! Sadly the event or venue staff is ill trained and racist. If I was any performer I would not want my name attached to this venue for their racism practices. My husband, a Caucasian 6 foot 2 man and his friend an African American 6 foot 4 man were hanging together all night ordering a few drinks and engaging with friends in a friendly manner since entry into the venue. It came to our attention (the wives and other friends) that the staff said they "had been watching the black guy all night" and were going to kick him out of the venue. I was shocked because surely they had been watching the white guy as well (my husband). If there were any issue, all should need to go, but there was no issue. Only racism and bigotry. They asked our black friend to leave (not his Caucasian wife or any of the friends by his side) . It was surprising and jarring to all. The fire marshall on duty, also an African American, seemed surprised by the instance and apologized for the incident and the venue staff. He seemed paid to just keep mellow. I have never witnessed that blatant racism before and want to make all patrons aware that this venue is ok with having staff accept and exercise bigotry. Sadly the wife of the African American friend said they do experience this in certain locations in Little Rock. Shame on all of them. Alerting ownership as well. There is no room for this kind of prejudice and racism in February 2024. Absolutely not acceptable. read more

my wife was pushed to the ground by a drunk. He raised his fist at her so I got in front of him trying to stop him and I got put in a head lock by security, not the guy who attacked my wife. Terrible security. Plenty of witnesses tried to talk to the security guy but he wouldn't listen, just screamed at everyone to shut up. We will never go there again. read more
