I came in for a basic pedicure (about $34) and was the only customer in the salon. Even with no one else there, the service felt rushed and lacked effort. The tech was very light-handed and didn't thoroughly remove the dead skin from my heels. To make matters worse, once my pedicure was finished, I was asked to move to the drying station instead of drying in the pedicure chair. I was working during my appointment, so I had to pack up and move my laptop, devices, and other belongings for no apparent reason, despite the salon being empty. It was unnecessarily inconvenient. As my polish was drying, I noticed my heels were still rough. When I pointed it out, I was told I had chosen the basic pedicure and that I "needed a cheese grater." I disagreed. My (80 year old) longtime nail tech had never used a cheese grater and consistently leaves my heels smooth using standard tools and proper technique for my basic pedicure. What disappointed me most was that they refused to correct the issue, even though there were no other customers waiting. It would have taken just a few extra minutes to make things right. A basic pedicure should leave your feet feeling smooth, and good customer service means addressing reasonable concerns when they're brought up. Unfortunately, this salon did neither, and I won't be returning. Guest relations go a long way

While doing my nails I told him 3 times I want the middle finger to be a French tip and he said "okay" w a very rude attitude all three times i let him know. then (idk if u can tell in the pictures) i notice my lines on my ring finger aren't even straight they were slanted, THEN i noticed my "french tip" i had on my pinky and thumb were barley even there and on my thumb my polka dots weren't even dots (as shown in the pictures). After he was done I didn't say anything because i am not a confrontational person and just wanted to leave, he then FINALLY let me know my nails were going to be $100 dollars. 100 dollars for that bullshit was actually insane. I should've let him just take them off but they probably would've charged me for that too. Also not to mention I noticed both of the ppl doing my service never used fresh nail buffers or new drill bits (the one doing my nails still had someone else's nail powder on said drill bit). AND noticed the lady that cleans after someone is done w their pedicure never wipes any of the part where your feet go or puts anything or even just rinses the bowel out. The only thing she wiped was the head rest and arm rest and that's it. After she wiped it someone else came to sit like nothing was wrong, made me disgusted.
