There is also a really friendly feeling in the salon when you walk in and get your nails done they are very talkative and I love that I don't want someone who is completely silent. She took me back to chair still covered in other customer's hair all over the floor (extremely disrespectful). She rushed through the haircut and was very heavy handed, even acknowledging she was being rough at one point. She briefly apologized for pulling and tugging on my hair with the straightener, but then continued to do it. She made forced small talk and truly made me feel so uncomfortable for being there. God forbid a woman needs a haircut. She was rude and miserable, and I would never go back to her. I hope she can figure out what's going on in her personal life and stop treating her customers like trash for no reason.
