Disappointed and frustrated. You can't ever expect any service to be exactly what you want or to be up to your standards. This is why I communicated before my service even started that 1) I prefer gentle filing and have thin nails 2) wanted my cuticles/ skin around nails cleaned up. I got rough, uneven, fast filing and I was sent away with my cuticles/skin looking like I was due for a manicure. Any time I asked for a nail to be filed a different shape or fixed (because they were uneven), I was met with attitude. I tried to communicate with the nail tech throughout my service to ensure I left happy, however I was ignored and sent away with poorly shaped, unsightly, and messy polished nails. read more

My daughter showed the nail tech exactly what she wanted and he completely ignored her request. The inspirational picture from TikTok looks nothing like the awful design he left her with. He was on the phone the entire time, not paying attention to her request and then had the audacity to charge her $120. This was a never again experience. read more

Do not go here. July 16th, I brought my girlfriend and her cousin to get our nails done. The service requested (and paid for) was for my girlfriend and I to get a mani pedi with gel polish for both of us. My nail tech was a dismissive and rude woman who was very inattentive meanwhile my girlfriend's tech was a very talkative gentleman who also paid poor attention to the quality of his work. The pedicure that I received was supposed to end in a gel polish (which I was charged for.) I did not receive gel polish, and only received a clear gloss while my tech sat on her phone letting it dry. The Manicure portion for myself was incomplete as she did not put any gel on my fingers and we were charged for a full service. Forgive my lack of knowledge on nail services, however, it is unprofessional to take advantage and overcharge me for a service I didn't receive, especially since the service received was very poor. I'd really appreciate some response from the owner or some form of refund for the lack of services to reconcile this situation. read more

65 dollars for a pedicure with no frills. In AZ I pay 50 dollars to have the works, sugar scrub, hot stones, hot towels, paraffin wax. And you want to charge 65 dollars for a polish change, and a callus removal. Disgusting. And not to mention they didn't even have the color I picked out so I had to change it. My husband and I are from Louisiana living in Ohio. We both needed a pedicure and I needed my nails refilled with gel polish. The worst pedicure I ever had done. My services were done very fast. Normally when I get these services it takes over 2 hours. I was done in 45 minutes for both. The spa had nothing special like no good smelling lotions or salts in the water. BEWARE OF PRICING!!! me and my daughter were there 7/13/23..we asked for the $40 spa/pedicure which included polish..the guy who did my daughters was Pedi was getting a little touchy feely with rubbing her feet and calves..asking her if she was married which she replied yes! After our Pedi's were finished I was hit with a bill for both of us $128.00..i asked why bill was so high n she said because we got gel polish..I said if I would have known it was $20 each extra I would of got polish that would fall under the Pedi for $40. My friend and I got mani-pedis. while getting my pedi, I was looking at my newly done nails. the tips were way to big (it took him less than 20 minutes). I asked him politely if he could fix them. he got very angry. he whipped out the file for 30-60 seconds and said "you check out now". okay. so I gave him my card $200 for both my friend and I. he took my card and asked for my ID. Horrible! I went in with a gel manicure that had peeled off almost all my nails. The person, he mumbled and I never understood a word he said.... He literally had me soak only the nails that still had polish left, then he barely whisked a file over my nails and told me to wash my hands. He then did the polish. No trimming of my cuticles, no hand lotion, nada. The Salon is cluttered and dirty. I should have walked out. I was done in 20 minutes!! For a gel "manicure". And $32! Starting off with the good. My nails turned out awesome. The are the perfect color and very high quality gel polish, I love them. BUT the nail tech didn't ask about the length and filed them way shorter than I would have asked for. (If anything I didn't want them shortened at all. I just didn't feel it was necessary to voice that as she should have asked.) Now the bad. The store had a very strong smell of nail chemicals. (Sounds stupid to say but there should be some kind of ventilation because it can't be healthy for anyone to breath in that amount of acetone and polish.) The wait time was also a little ridiculous, over an hour and a half before my nails were even started on. Even above all this I think the main thing that ruined the experience was the nail tech. She's good at her job but has very poor customer service. She is a little rude to customers. Particularly a young girl who was in there at the time I got there and had asked if she could do her nails, with which the tech replied rudely with her head turned "no we don't have time". No apologies or sympathy was given as it should be with any business in the customer service field. Anyways, would I recommend? Sure, I only paid $34 to have my real nails painted and trimmed. If I could leave no stars I would. I only went here because the place I typically go was closed. Start to finish was terrible, the male nail tech I got rushed through my nail fill. Hardly used any acrylic (one already broke due to how thin he applied ) Then toward the end I notice my right thumbnail is extremely crooked, I kinda waited to see if he would notice and fix it. I hate complaining about things so I very very nicely said "I think my thumbnail is crooked, I hate to ask but could you fix it? It was probably my fault maybe I held it a certain way that caused it". Mind you by this point he was already almost finished. Said nail, was already painted. He got extremely rude and defensive and said "Oh I know it's not my fault, it was yours. I'm the professional your not. Then proceeded to tell me my thumbnails are deformed. I have been going to Regal for 4 years which is pretty well next door to this place and have never, ever had such an experience. As I was walking out he was also writing something on my debit slip, unsure if he was writing in a higher tip (which he didn't deserve the $5 I even left him) but he was watching me like a hawk and I already felt so uncomfortable. My best friend and I went for a leisurely pedicure at Z Nails. We signed up for Regal Nails at Walmart but didn't want to wait so we went over to Z Nails. Will never go over there again. The greeter was the nicest part of the visit. He greeted us, asked us what we were there for and told us to go pick our our color for our pedis. Once we picked out our color we were grunted at and pointed to go sit in a chair. My friend's chair had water but mine did not. A man started doing her pedi, we told them we both wanted the Deluxe 45.00 pedi. After a while the man finally put water in the tub for me. I noticed that they were not cleaning out the tubs or the plastic drain. So therefore, they are not sanitizing the equipment. Once our pedicures started my friend texted me that her technician was "rough" and once mine started I replied with my woman is "rough" also. The Deluxe pedicure was less than desirable it was rough and not enjoyable. The scraping and filing was excessive and aggressive. She was cutting my nails and it hurt and she asked me "Does that hurt?". When I was done my toenails look OK but I am bleeding on my heel and my big toe. My friend's toe is raw. Then to top all this off instead of the 45.00 pedicure they charged us 107.00 for both pedicures. So we left there bleeding and overpaid for it. I had a terrible experience, so I hope anyone else who goes here doesn't feel the same way. There was a woman resting her eyes next to me while she got a massage, and a male employee was making fun of her to other customers and laughing at her. He seemed to be on drugs, and it was very noticeable. Another thing, I picked the cheaper package for my toe nails and got a basic, solid color. I expected it to cost no more than 50 dollars considering the package was only about 45 but it ended up being about 95. I didn't feel like arguing with the lady, so I paid and walked out. I would not go back. It was overpriced for the pedicure i got. $32.50 for about 20 minutes. Then when it was over, she indicated I walk to the drying table without any the disposable flip flops that nail salons usually have. Definitely not a great or even a good experience! My bff called Friday afternoon for appointments...they don't take appointments but said they'd put our names on the list and for us to arrive in about 40 -45 minutes. We showed up as agreed...2 other customers and 3 technicians were there. They sat us in the back and started to fill the basins. 30 mins later, they start on me...WORSE experience ever! My big toe started bleeding because he pulled 1/2 my cuticle off! WTF, I screamed at him and jerked my foot back...and, told him, "You hurt me" he said something about me having a hole in my toe?? Wtf??? I don't have s hole behind my nail...I've been getting in pedicures 30 some years and NEVER had an experience like this...and, to make matters worse, my friend was still waiting for her technician....both of them took care of customers that showed up after both of us??? So, she had to wait for him to finish torturing me first. She wanted a design on her big toe...which "he ' couldn't do...so, we had to wait for the other technician that could paint it..of course, she had another customer...so, we had to wait even longer!!!
