I recently stopped here for a touch-up on my eyebrow waxing. Holly was available, and I was able to get immediate assistance as a walk-in customer. She took about 10 minutes or so to fix me up. I'm satisfied with the job that she did. In February, a few months ago, I brought my Mom here for her birthday to get an eyebrow/facial wax. It was Holly that did hers as well. I think that she did a pretty good job with my Mom as well. Overall, for eyebrow waxing, I'm satisfied with the service and work received here. read more

DREMEL TOOLS USED HERE. This salon does not care about you or your nails. They use dremel tools which weakened my nails and made them paper thin. The nail tech also CUT my finger TWICE while using the dremel tool even after I expressed my concern for using the tool. She also talked me into doing dip nails claiming that they last longer than gel polish. My polish lasted 1 week. Rude service as well, they spoke foreign languages in front of clients. read more

Never going back to Regal Nails in Grand Blanc. Since Chi & Daniel moved on to TX, the new management and nail techs do poorly. The prices went up, the quality is lowest and like I said I'll be looking for a better nail salon. read more

I put a review on a different website, and the only reason I went back was cause of Tammy. I was sitting in the pedicure chair when this crazy man walked up and freaked out on me. And I asked him if he wanted me to leave and he would not give me an answer. He screamed at me for a few minutes and then my husband walked into the salon and he walked way. I went here for a birthday treat to myself. I asked for a shellac manicure and the guy who did my nails insisted I try the dip polish. Then he went on to completely ruined my nails!! He didn't give me a manicure, he added so much of the top powered and polish that my nails were completely uneven and lumpy, and he filed my fingers so hard that they were sore for hours after!!! I complained to the "manager" and was essentially told "too bad" and refused a refund. I left and called from home and they HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!! absolutely the WORST nails place I have ever been to, and their customer service skills are disgusting. oh, and they charged me $40 FOR THIS!!! I was a walk-in two days ago, so I just went with whoever was available, having never been here before. The nail tech was friendly and pleasant but worked REALLY fast. My nails ended up shorter than I wanted, too thick, uneven on the surface...so generally pretty fake-looking, like a home-done job. Thankfully the glitter polish I chose hides some of that. I'm not real happy with what I paid for this, which I feel was too high, and instead of going back I'll probably do my own fill for Thanksgiving and Christmas nails, then go back to my own natural nails with Color Street strips. read more

I was in this Racist nail Salon the other day. While getting my toes painted the lady next to Me said how cool my design was! She goes on to say I should tell my friends about this salon to bring in more business ! At this point the nail tech screams Oh! Zoo we don't want "them" here? I ask her what she means? Have been going to this nail salon for years. I always have Daniel, the owner, or his wife, Chi do my acrylic nails. They look great and stay on up to a month or longer. Am constantly complimented on my nails and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The only downside is they often discourage making appointments---it's first come, first served. Regal Nails can sometimes be very busy especially on weekends so be prepared to wait or ask how long the wait time will be and do some browsing in Walmart. read more
