I was very disappointed that the "jelly pedicure" was not actually a jelly pedicure. I asked numerous times before they started the service they insured me it was an actual jelly pedicure then after putting my feet in the bowl they told me it was just a kit. I literally paid 45$ for a lot of lotions. I was forced into a lot of things. Initially the women (never got her name) was very snappy then the last 10 minutes of my service got very kind. My total was 90$ when I was originally told 80, I also left with two nails and a toe bleeding. I rode my motorcycle from California to Little Rock last year in July. On my 3rd day there I went to this Salon to get a manicure and pedicure. I did not get gel on my feet so I asked the technician whom barely spoke to me throughout the process if he had a fan to dry my feet with because I was on my bike I had to put boots back on and didn't want to ruin my nails. Instead of a fan he brings out a heater and places it at my feet. I put both feet down but the left is closer to where the heat comes out. After a min or so I say hat this is too hot and I move my feet back as the lady at the counter makes a joke about it and tells me to move my feet. I look at my foot, besides being a little hot it looks fine so I put on my socks and shoes and leave. Later that night when I got in the shower I noticed 3 huge blister on my feet I panicked and emailed my doctor. I go back to the shop the following day when they open and show the lady my feet and she returned the pedicure money only and bought me iodine. I had to ride all the way back to California with blisters in the 100 plus degrees weather and as a result my foot got infected. It took3 months to heal and I missed a month in total of work. This nail shop denied my claim and I have to pay all my emergency bills out of pocket plus missed wages and the time I spent praying I wouldn't lose my toes. read more

Went in because it was recommended by my neighbor. Well, they were understaffed at 3:30 when I went in. The gentleman that did my dip nails I felt rushed through. I get my nails done regularly and understand that each salon does them differently. I opted for a sparkle accent because it being warm outside. My accent nail had a pink tint to it because he did not do them first like I had asked. He did not shape very well, as I stated I felt as if he was rushing! He also did not brush the excess powder off my nails so they are thick and overflowing onto my finger. The clearly cost he used is all over my fingers and looks awful! I will def not recommend him! When I told about the issues he just shrugged his shoulders, as if like oh well!!! I'm sorry to be picky but I am paying for a service, not for you to just do what you want. But, even thought he was a BAD experience, I will however call ahead to get the girl my neighbor gets because her nails look amazing! read more

The two ladies were very nice don't get me wrong but under staffed. I made a 5:30 appointment. I arrived and was not greeted. Finally she said it'll be 25 minutes. I come back for my pedicure and had to sit in the water for 45 minutes before my feet were touched. She was rough on them but did do a good job with painting the toes. I asked for shellac, no manicure but was charged for a manicure. The rushed to put the gel on because I had already been there two hours. I arrived at 5:30 and left around 7:45. It's been one day and my shellac has already started to look bad at cuticles and I've noticed she didn't paint all the way to the sides on any of my nails. I won't be back :( read more
