I picked a color for one nail that was different than the others and after one layer I decided it didn't look well on my skin tone and I asked him to do a different color instead. He began slinging his tools and slamming them down and became extremely aggressive and rough handling my hands. I'm not one to leave reviews at all but this was absolutely horrible how I was treated for just requesting a different color. Three days later one of my nails popped off, I came in to have it redone and he was again excessively rough and rude. The friend I brought with me even noticed how aggressive he was handling me and he was slamming his stuff down and slinging his tools. The full set, gel manicure I got is mediocre and could've been done way better. I will not be back, and I'd recommend getting another person to do your nails if you go here.

I keep going back because I'm a SAHM and when I get the opportunity to get a pedicure, I take it (ifkyk) For starters, I got my eye brows waxed and tinted. I asked for brown and wanted to just clean up my brows. Instead I received very thin brows and a tint so dark and black that I walked out looking like Mr Magoo. Then, as I was getting my pedicure, the gentlemen was in a rush (they had a long day and it was late, I get it) but he ripped the skin on my big toe so bad that it was painful to even touch. I kept asking him to stop touching it, stop messing with it, just stop. He wouldn't listen until finally I said I was happy to finish with the pedicure part but did not want my toes painted at this time -I had originally asked for a gel pedicure with their NuSkin option($65) that included hot stones and I originally asked for a paraffin was as well. Because of the pain I did not want any heat or wax on the open wound so I cancelled that as well. When I went to pay, I was charged for all of the things I originally asked for (gel pedicure, paraffin, and hot stones) despite not being able to receive them because of the gentlemen's mistake. Again, accidents happen but the fact that I was charged for these services and basically forced to come back or lose out on my money is absolutely ridiculous and has completely stolen my trust in this business. I usually don't leave reviews but when I woke up this morning and saw my brows again and still have pain strong pain in my toe, I decided I would let the public know. If you cancel a service because of their mistakes, be prepared to be charged for them anyways. No one should leave a salon in almost tears.

My fingers were tender and my nails hadn't been properly cleaned from the product the last salon failed to remove. Crystal immediately put me at ease. She carefully cleaned up my nails before starting, explained everything clearly, and actually listened to what I wanted. She's so easy to talk to and has such a calm demeanor, which made the whole experience relaxing. She was extremely mindful of the small cuts on my fingers, worked gently so I never felt extra pain, and reassured me that my nails weren't dangerously damaged. That alone gave me so much peace of mind. The finished result? Perfect. No glue all over the place, no polish under the nail or on my skin. Just smooth, neat, flawless nails. She made them flat and natural-looking, exactly how I've always wanted but had been told wasn't possible with my longer nail beds. My hands feel so dainty and beautiful, and my nails genuinely feel like my own. This is hands-down the best nail experience I've ever had in my life.
