I picked a color for one nail that was different than the others and after one layer I decided it didn't look well on my skin tone and I asked him to do a different color instead. He began slinging his tools and slamming them down and became extremely aggressive and rough handling my hands. I'm not one to leave reviews at all but this was absolutely horrible how I was treated for just requesting a different color. Three days later one of my nails popped off, I came in to have it redone and he was again excessively rough and rude. The friend I brought with me even noticed how aggressive he was handling me and he was slamming his stuff down and slinging his tools. The full set, gel manicure I got is mediocre and could've been done way better. I will not be back, and I'd recommend getting another person to do your nails if you go here.

My fingers were tender and my nails hadn't been properly cleaned from the product the last salon failed to remove. Crystal immediately put me at ease. She carefully cleaned up my nails before starting, explained everything clearly, and actually listened to what I wanted. She's so easy to talk to and has such a calm demeanor, which made the whole experience relaxing. She was extremely mindful of the small cuts on my fingers, worked gently so I never felt extra pain, and reassured me that my nails weren't dangerously damaged. That alone gave me so much peace of mind. The finished result? Perfect. No glue all over the place, no polish under the nail or on my skin. Just smooth, neat, flawless nails. She made them flat and natural-looking, exactly how I've always wanted but had been told wasn't possible with my longer nail beds. My hands feel so dainty and beautiful, and my nails genuinely feel like my own. This is hands-down the best nail experience I've ever had in my life. I've been getting my nails done for 11 years and 2 of those years i started doing my own nails, and i've got pretty good. Anyway, i was too lazy to do my own nails. I decided i wanted to get them done. While i was there i wanted a simple transparent ombre, but one of the nail techs didn't want to do that. I was fine in getting something basic and helping her day go smoother. Anyway, we get started and she goes to file. FIRST THING i noticed she didn't push back my cuticle. That's a big no no, and i just knew my nails were going to pop off. Not only that, but she barely filed my nails. Disappointing. SECOND THING was she did not build the nail correctly. She did a 1 bead method, and i can just tell you she wasn't good at it. Due to her not building the nail correct it could break just doing simple task. If i wasn't experienced in nails; She could've fooled me. THIRD THING the nail wasn't even shaped good. That was legit an extra $8 and she didn't do it good. After everything was done i didn't even wanna show my nails. I was too embarrassed, and within 4 days all nails were gone. It was fine, because i redid my own nails. I will never go back, and if you guys wanted to go just know you wouldn't get quality nails. I wish i took a picture of the mess called nails.

The massage was AMAZING and I was so not ready for it to be over after the hour was up. All the ladies that work there are incredibly nice and told my friend and me about the local area and places to check out. We were even served mimosas after the massage while we were just chit chatting (I'm a sucker for mimosas)! Also, I have to mention the ambiance and look of the spa. It looks high end and very clean, but welcoming at the same time; great combo. I'm planning on going back before I leave. I got a terrible manicure at another place in the area, so when I go back I'm going to get my nails redone.
